We called zerorez because one of our dogs left behind a horrible mess on our brand new carpet. Daniel worked hard, explained everything, and was very thorough and detailed. Appreciate his work and the cleaner made my whole house smell fresh and amazing!

Daniel arrived at early end of service window. We looked over stairwell, the main project and he quoted a fair price for the work involved. He completed the work, including stairs, within 1-1/2 hrs. It looks great and I’m really happy with the end result.

5/4/26 update: Another great experience! We use them every summer. Great experience. We have two dogs and a two young boys, so our carpet and couch have seen better days. Stains came right out and didn’t take long for it to be done. Making the appt was easy as well. Have used them many times. Very professional.
