I love the fact that there's no chemicals in the air. My tech did an excellent job getting some really tough dirt and grime. The gunk from all my hair products in the back of the chair really came clean!

I have used Zerorez several times and do recommend. The tech, Angel was very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. I was disappointed with the remaining stains, also my living space is very small, would feel the price could be assessed based on square footage as opposed to rooms.

My experience with Zerorez today was 10/10! We have a large sectional couch and I was worried it would be a hassle and my technician was super positive and eager to help. We plan to use them again in the future.
Our tech, Marino, was great. However, I was disappointed that my furniture doesn’t look much different. I guess that is what happens with a cream colored sofa and light colored chairs.

5/4/26 update: Another great experience! We use them every summer. Great experience. We have two dogs and a two young boys, so our carpet and couch have seen better days. Stains came right out and didn’t take long for it to be done. Making the appt was easy as well. Have used them many times. Very professional.

Tech reviewed the fabric content of my chairs to determine the correct cleaning product. He worked diligently covering every inch. A stain protection agent was applied to fabric in case of a spill. Excellent experience!
