We have used Zerorez twice now, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Their staff is always super friendly, honest, and helpful… and my kid trodden carpet always looks perfect afterwards. Even stains I was sure wouldn’t lift were totally taken care of. I wouldn’t give anyone else our business for carpet cleaning!
Brandon was amazing! Thorough and courteous. Just a terrific job

Jared was our serviceman who did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets and two upholstered chairs. He was professional, listened to our concerns, asked great questions and left our carpets and chairs looking new! Thank you Jared !
Sal and Chris did an amazing job on our two-bedroom apartment! With two years worth of wear on our carpets and stains on our cream-colored ottoman, they made everything look absolutely brand new. I’ve used this Cleaning Service several times and am always satisfied.
My service tech was amazing and gave me so much good information about cleaning and taking care of my carpet. I’m so glad I finally took the time to get my carpets cleaned professionally.
Jesse was very professional and thorough with our services.
Service technicians were both friendly and focused on doing a good job. They recommended additional product/services which I declined. Other companies, at that point would tend to become pushy, but these two after offering it one additional time, were respectful of my decision and that was that! The carpets look great! Thank you, Zerorez!
Our carpets are clean and amazing! Our technician was professional and punctual! We have used Zerorez for years - they never disappoint! We are extremely happy with their service.
Giovanni was our technician. He was very professional, great interpersonal skills and he did a great job cleaning my carpets. We had some stains that he was able to get out totally. He was on time and done cleaning in about an hour. Thank you so much, Giovanni. We will definitely use you again. AD
Zerorez did an amazing job getting rid of old pet stains and odors from our carpet and making it look like new. Highly recommend.

Maurice, our technician went far beyond our expectations in cleaning and refreshing our large area rug in the living room plus our upholstered dining chairs and lots of tile floor. The guys were professional & personable. They explained the process clearly & did a very good job. The rugs look so much better! Highly recommend!
My Zerorez technician was pleasant and professional. He did a thorough job and did not complain about my 3rd floor location. I appreciate his attitude. He is a great addition to your Zerorez team!
George from Zerorez cleaned several area rugs quickly, provided excellent advice, and was thoughtful and kind. It was my second time using Zerorez for our carpets (including some handwoven from Afghanistan) and I will definitely call them again.

I am satisfied with the professional job completed by George on my white are rug - it was filthy and George managed to get it better. Thank you George for your hard work!
Brandon is amazing! Excellent customer service! But I forgot to ask him about a spot removal technique for a stubborn black spot in my loft. Tried to call Larry yesterday to ask him. It’s a stubborn black spot. It’s maybe been there too long and baked in with the heat that the loft gets. Many thx! Rob Rowan. 89 Tangelo Irvine
Aaron was very professional, friendly and efficient. Carpet looks like new!

Very pleased with Brandon and his thorough cleaning. First carpet cleaning service that I will continue to call. No more searching. Brandon did an excellent job cleaning our area rugs and sofa cushion. He was right on time, courteous and explained everything well in advance. He got our rugs really clean and took extra time to mop the area around them so it was dry when he was done. He was friendly and did a very good job. Thank you Brandon.

Jason was awesome. On time, great communication and very friendly. Our laminate floors and area rug look great! 10/10 and 5 stars for sure. Thanks Jason!
Night and day difference! Our rug was absolutely disgusting! ZeroRez brought it back to life. Never will I ever wait so long again! The upholstery cleaning was also miraculous. Very happy with the results. Only poor takeaway was the cost. $400 for an area rug, sofa, and 1 bedroom.
Been a Zerorez customer for many years! Would not clean my carpets any other way! First time to have Brendan. He was excellent to work with. So polite, kind, conscientious, hard working, and spent the time necessary to figure out the best price for items we added on. Look forward to having him next time.

Sal is the very best. So thankful he was available to clean our carpets.
In most ways, Zerorez is the best carpet cleaner I have experienced. The only downside is the price, but probably in line with best-in-class service. Carpet cleaning is the best. I had a wonderful experience with Zerorez. The gentleman came in, cleaned my 4 carpets and stairs. He charged me exactly what I was quoted. No changes. No up-sell. Short and sweet! Just the way I like it. The carpet took a few days to dry rather than 24 hours, but that was okay. Today I vacuumed the carpets to see…

Service was great! Arrived on time, did a thorough job, got all the spots, friendly and efficient. Discount not as good because my place is small.
I had Zerorez clean my downstairs (3 rooms, a hallway and stairs) today. They did a great job and treated my 20 year old carpet with their products to looking almost as good as new. We have used them for the past 5 years and it is part of the reason we have not had to get new carpet. I highly recommend them.
Very professional job.
