We have used Zerorez twice now, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Their staff is always super friendly, honest, and helpful… and my kid trodden carpet always looks perfect afterwards. Even stains I was sure wouldn’t lift were totally taken care of. I wouldn’t give anyone else our business for carpet cleaning!
On time!! Respectful of your home and the cleaning project. They go above and beyond making sure I am happy and will fix anything that I see as a concern which is not often! Sal is a rock star. I would not go anywhere else for extraordinary cleaning of our furniture and rugs!
Brandon was amazing! Thorough and courteous. Just a terrific job
Clean and respectful of my home. Got all the stains from pets out. Very pleased 🤗
The technician was very professional cordial, Knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He explained step-by-step what he did and went out of his way to provide his services In a timely and professional manner. I will be using their services again in the future. I also requested air duct cleaning; two technicians…
After discovering that our little foster pug had snuck upstairs for a few potty sessions, we knew exactly who to call. We’ve been Zerorez customers for years and have always been happy with the results. Our most recent appointment was no exception, and our technician, Jack, was awesome. Jack helped us track down…
Maurice was terrific. Great job. Nice young man.
Sal is wonderful and goes out of his way to make everything sparkling clean
Francisco arrived on time and cleaned four armchairs making them look like new.
Sal did an amazing job cleaning our carpets today, and removing a pen stain from one of our cushions. He was very pleasant, and is an extremely conscientious worker.
Good service. Carpet was nicely cleaned as previous visits. The chair upholstery and tile cleaning were not up to expectations. Additionally due to share driveway had van park in garage, leaked oil on floor
Marcel did amazing job. Very upset he is leaving. He worked so hard, and everything turned out beautiful.
Jared was our serviceman who did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets and two upholstered chairs. He was professional, listened to our concerns, asked great questions and left our carpets and chairs looking new! Thank you Jared !
Sal and Chris did an amazing job on our two-bedroom apartment! With two years worth of wear on our carpets and stains on our cream-colored ottoman, they made everything look absolutely brand new. They were also incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and kind which was a great bonus! Would recommend them to anyone…
Nice work!
great prompt service, really helpful technician
Excellent service! On time, communicative throughout the process and did an outstanding job. Would irecommend and will use again
Maurice, our technician went far beyond our expectations in cleaning and refreshing our large area rug in the living room plus our upholstered dining chairs and lots of tile floor. The chairs look like they are brand new again. The rug looks great as does the tile and grout lines. Care was taken to put us at ease.…
George from Zerorez cleaned several area rugs quickly, provided excellent advice, and was thoughtful and kind. It was my second time using Zerorez for our carpets (including some handwoven from Afghanistan) and I will definitely call them again.
The technetion was very polite and worjed extra hard to remove stains.
Julio did a great job! Very professional and thorough. Will definitely use again!
Fast, efficient and friendly! My sofa is clean and dried quickly.
Thank you for making our furniture look great again! The technician did acgreat job of matching the best type of cleaner to address each stain.
Jared was extremely professional kept me updated on his arrival time. Cleaned up after himself left everything clean and ready to go. A few spots didn’t come up however my carpet is 20 years old so some stains old. Overall excellent job. The only thing I’d change would be moving chairs and barstools outside due to water on floor otherwise awesome
Easy estimate and clear communication throughout. Friendly, professional team and high-quality work. Our carpets have never looked better.✨
This is the second time me using zerorez carpet cleaning and Maurice clean my carpet both times and he does a amazing job.
Another successful carpet cleaning experience! Thanks again.
Couldn't be happier with the cleaning of my four kitchen chairs The technician was extremely polite and explained what process he used to clean and protect for future cleaning.
Brandon did an excellent job cleaning our area rugs and sofa cushion. He was right on time, courteous and explained everything well in advance. He got our rugs really clean and took extra time to mop the area around them so it was dry when he was done. He was friendly and did a very good job. Thank you Brandon.
Night and day difference! Our rug was absolutely disgusting! ZeroRez brought it back to life. Never will I ever wait so long again! The upholstery cleaning was also miraculous. Very happy with the results. Only poor takeaway was the cost. $400 for an area rug, sofa, and 1 bedroom.
Been a Zerorez customer for many years! Would not clean my carpets any other way! First time to have Brendan. He was excellent to work with. So polite, kind, conscientious, hard working, and spent the time necessary to figure out the best price for items we added on. Look forward to having him next time.
Everything looked great and technician was professional and friendly. Long time customer and we have never had a bad experience with the company.
In most ways, Zerorez is the best carpet cleaner I have experienced. The only downside is the price, but probably in line with best-in-class service. Carpet cleaning is the best. Technicians are professional, competent and friendly. I had four large area rugs, four chair (seats only), a hallway runner, a large…
This is the second time I use zerorex. Matt, service tech, did a great job! I had my bathroom tile clean and sealed, along with my car upholstery clean.
Came out great thank you!! George!
I am very impressed with ZeroRez’s service. Sal was professional, respectful, precise and thorough. He was upfront about any change in fee and wanted to make sure that I was happy with their service in the end. They did a great job of cleaning my couch and carpet. I will definitely have them come back again.
I hired ZeroRez over 10 years ago to do my carpet cleaning and they left so much of an impression that I called them again this month to do a deep clean, after cleaning with my own steam cleaner over the years just ended up not being enough. They even still had the same “3 room special” that they did a decade ago.…
The technician Brandon did an awesome job cleaning my carpet. He was kind, professional and knows the products very well that the company provides. The great thing I like about Zerorez is that your carpet is dry in record timing. Excellent service was provided!
Great customer service, on time and professional. I’ve been using them for a year now and happy :)
they did a great job cleaning two chairs. The gentleman that did the work was very friendly and meticulous and cleaning the chairs.
Jason did a great job! Very polite and accommodating, protected all surfaces. I would use him again.
Excellent service and results. We will use him again.
Sal was very quick and efficient with our 4 bedroom carpet clean. The carpets are looking brand new and ready for Christmas!
Jared was sent, when I specifically asked for Jorge. I apologized for questioning why Jorge wasn't sent. Jared was so courteous, willing to get Jorge to replace him, kind and just FANTASTIC! His work cleaning my dirty furniture was great!! JARED is your guy!!!
Perfect cleaning, hit all the spots needed, done in a timely manner.
Stains weren’t removed.1 water spot was removed, it was a week old. Sofa is 2 years old first time having it cleaned. Sofa now has ripples in cushions and 1 arm. Over all the easy part was cleaned that had no stains but over all stains are all still there.
Service was great! Arrived on time, did a thorough job, got all the spots, friendly and efficient. Discount not as good because my place is small.
Technician was very accommodating, thorough and professional. We thought the price was a somewhat high. Also had 3 rooms of carpet cleaned- 1 couch and 1 love seat.
Jason was thorough, flexible and reasonable price wise when I did last minute add one and the rugs and furniture look GREAT!
Excellent
I’ve used Zerorez on both hardwood and carpet areas of my home. I appreciate that there are no chemicals or fragrance in the cleaning. The staff came within the time window and did a thorough job. They were able to get a couple of dark spots out of my carpet and my carpet is brighter after the service.
Great job as always and the man was professional and very knowledgeable and nice 😊
