Zerorez did a great job of cleaning our rugs. They were always on time and went the extra mile making sure we were happy. The Zerorez staff were very conscientious about my wife's sensitivity to chemical smells, and we could not detect any odor when the rugs were delivered. We will definitely be using Zerorez services again when needed.

I got totally price gauged one of the times I used this business. Overpriced and not well done job. I only asked for them back because they had a good special/coupon. I feel like when cleaning the carpets, the person doing it should go over the sections more than just one quick time. It was like a quick once over on all the spaces. Wasn’t thorough at all.
They were punctual and ready to work. Dominic worked really hard to get everything as clean as possible and was proud in what he had accomplished. He checked in with me on cleaning products as the job proceeded. Very happy with the results!
I had wool floor rugs cleaned & bedroom carpeting. The wool rugs were very expensive to have cleaned, but the bedroom carpeting was very reasonable.
The tech was nice. They will offer a special and then try to up sell you hard. I cleaned my carpets a month ago and got them perfect from a rental cleaner at Lowe’s. My dog sitter didn’t do a good job of dealing with our pups so I called to have a quick cleaning professionally done. It’s not clean.
