Zerorez did a great job of cleaning our rugs. They were always on time and went the extra mile making sure we were happy. The Zerorez staff were very conscientious about my wife's sensitivity to chemical smells, and we could not detect any odor when the rugs were delivered. We will definitely be using Zerorez services again when needed.
Zeroes is my go to carpet cleaners. They are pleasant, on time, and do a great job. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
Zero rez always does a great job! Love getting my carpets back to great condition!
Very good experience ! Got extra treatments to help with old dog stains . Friendly technician who knew a lot about carpet I recommend highly 😀
Hands down, best service I’ve ever had - two different times!
It looks absolutly marvelous and he did a super job. I would like to have him again as he was respectful ...knowledgeable. He always was a pleasure to be around. All in all he made it a good experience. I would like his name as I would like to ask for him next time. Thank you so much❤ he was a very pleasant person…
I got totally price gauged one of the times I used this business. Overpriced and not well done job. I only asked for them back because they had a good special/coupon. I feel like when cleaning the carpets, the person doing it should go over the sections more than just one quick time. It was like a quick once over on all the spaces. Wasn’t thorough at all.
They were punctual and ready to work. Dominic worked really hard to get everything as clean as possible and was proud in what he had accomplished. He checked in with me on cleaning products as the job proceeded. Very happy with the results!
I had wool floor rugs cleaned & bedroom carpeting. The wool rugs were very expensive to have cleaned, but the bedroom carpeting was very reasonable.
The tech was nice. They will offer a special and then try to up sell you hard. I cleaned my carpets a month ago and got them perfect from a rental cleaner at Lowe’s. My dog sitter didn’t do a good job of dealing with our pups so I called to have a quick cleaning professionally done. It’s not clean.
Love their service...thank you!
Excellent service as usual and effective communication with staff. Highly recommended.
Friendly, thorough, and no fragrance or residue—which we are allergic to. Carpets are really clean.
Very unhappy with my carpet cleaning !! All stains came back !! Did call to complain & they blew me off !!
Duncan and Rick were super professional and friendly! They were on time and on the early half of the window, which I loved. Came in and did a great job explaining the service and how they are eco-friendly (even showed me a video of how their cleaning technology works). Will definitely have them back to do my couches. Thank you!
Polite. Good job. I think it was a good investment.
Kyle was prompt, courteous and professional. Love Zerorez!
The technician was excellent, taking care of every detail. We just completed a large renovation, and he was so careful to protect the new construction (cabinets, corners, floors). He was very respectful and kind. We want to adopt him!
So pleased with the quality of service.
The technician was professional and friendly! He worked quickly and did an excellent job! He was also helpful!
Great experience using zerorez! Quick, affordable, professional service.
Kyle was awesome. He arrived on time and left our carpets sparkling clean. He'll be coming back to clean and seal our Travertine floors. We highly recommend him.
Great service, very professional tech. My only complaint is that the tech showed up 4 hours before the scheduled window.
Awesome customer service, very personable and professional. Highly recommend and will use again for my yearly cleaners.
Very professional people. Organized, informative, good service. No chemicals is what I like.

Our technician that came out to clean our carpets this time, did a fantastic job. Not only was he friendly, courteous, but knowledgeable about what he was doing. Our last experience using the same company was extremely poor, but this guy made up for it. I would honestly have to say the only downside to using the…

Sarah was very kind, informative and energetic Carpets look great I was prepared with ear protection, but the equipment was quieter than my vacuum
Zerorez is very professional, they provided me with confirmation emails about my upcoming appointment, I received a notification the day of the service. Sara was very polite and professional, she did a thorough job cleaning all the areas. We have used them for years and will continue to do so in the future
Technician was exceedingly professional and courteous. He comprehend our questions well and gave us super accurate estimates about cleaning times and drying times. Thanks!
