The technician arrived on time, and explained the cleaning products very well. Carpets turned out well, they dried pretty quickly with ceiling fans and furnace fan running. No odors. A few leftover water drops and footprints marred the experience, but overall, it was all good.

Fast, efficient and friendly
The gentleman that did the work was great! I give him a 5 star. Unfortunately, I was uncharged and zerorez did not honor the original quote of $119 minimum. I will not use this company in the future. Over $10 they lost a customer!! Unbelievable terrible customer service at the office.

They fit me in very quickly with a pet stain emergency. They have really nice technicians, and they go the extra mile. My carpet is fresh and clean, and the pet stain is completely gone.
