The technician arrived on time, and explained the cleaning products very well. Carpets turned out well, they dried pretty quickly with ceiling fans and furnace fan running. No odors. A few leftover water drops and footprints marred the experience, but overall, it was all good.

The gentleman that did the work was great! I give him a 5 star. Unfortunately, I was uncharged and zerorez did not honor the original quote of $119 minimum. I will not use this company in the future. Over $10 they lost a customer!! Unbelievable terrible customer service at the office.

Terrible customer service. The lady was extremely rude, hidden fees and pushy sales guy. When they got to the house to do the job, they were trying to up charge things we didn’t need or want. Three rooms for $99 turned into $275. To be fair $80 of that one for stairs.

Competitive, fast & friendly... I was initially apprehensive to using national company but when I called around they had the best rate, and most comprehensive offer.. when the technician (Kris) showed up she was fast efficient and described everything to me, highly recommended.
Tenant left the carpets in very poor condition, including significant urine stains. The cost was much higher than I’m used to, but that was due to the chemicals needed to take care of the urine. Layton did an awesome job cleaning them up, however. Very pleased with how they turned out.

I love this company for carpet cleaning. They make it super easy to schedule, have great communication before the appt, and do a fantastic job cleaning. Its been 2 years since we had oue carpets cleaned and have had 100's of people, including a LOT little ones through our home and they look fantastic. Great company, reasonable prices, and a job well done.
Cancellation happened, so was called to fill in the time. Tech arrived, but his equipment wasn’t working, so he had to call the owner to come help. So tech was here quite a lon time. We thought it would be appropriate for them to give us a discount because of the inconvenience. None was offered. Poor business practice.
