Zerorez is the best carpet cleaner in the area. The natural cleaning product and innovative methods cleans throughly and dries quickly. You can request an unscented cleaner as well. I've been using Zerorez for the last 9 years and I totally recommend them. The office staff Nikki and cleaning technicians Cory were great to work with!!! Thank you!😊
Brock arrived on time and gave us several options and is knowledgeable about the cleaning process. He was polite and friendly and worked quickly and did a great job.
I use Zero Rez of Eugene every six months. I often need deep cleaning after Airbnb guests and foster kittens.

Layton was so perfestional and came before the appointment and made my carpets look amazing thank you so much
Texted me to let me know he could come a little early if that worked for me, it did. Explained the process and other options clearly. Was faster than I thought it would take. Overall very polite and professional. Five stars all around.

Wonderful to work with! Had a blue light 😬 showed me how bad it needed cleaned after just having atiah bros clean it a Few Months ago. I highly recommend their services No pressure!! Fair priced!!
The technician arrived on time, and explained the cleaning products very well. Carpets turned out well, they dried pretty quickly with ceiling fans and furnace fan running. No odors. A few leftover water drops and footprints marred the experience, but overall, it was all good.
Vendor was very professional, courteous, and helpful.
The technician was wonderful. Informative, professional and friendly. The carpet looks and smells amazing.

Technician was very professional and courteous. The tech asked good questions, explained the cleaning process, gave us an additional service option that we took advantage of and completed the work within the scheduled time.
I am extremely pleased with the service from Zerorez! Brandon Jenkins was undeniably a plus for this company!! He explained everything with knowledge and kindness and respect!! He is always welcome to clean my carpets.
Absolutely wonderful service! The guys that came out were extremely attentive, respectful and worked not only efficiently but put in extra effort to make sure the trouble spots were addressed correctly. And Nikki in the office was so easy to work with!

My Zerorez technician did an excellent job explaining my costs, options for improving care of carpet, and everything looks wonderful
We have had Zerorez for many years and have always been very pleased. They do a great job, answers your questions. Thank you!
Zeroes is my go to carpet cleaners. They are pleasant, on time, and do a great job. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
The new owner came out and cleaned our carpets and couches. He is very friendly, detailed, and understanding of our newborn/kid mess situation. Everything is mostly dried just a few hours later plus it looks and feels so clean. We have been using this company thru multiple ownership changes and this one is by far…
Great cleaning job and terrific service and communication from them leading up to the work.
Cody, our service guy was super professional and friendly. My carpet feels and looks super clean and I love that there is no harsh chemicals used. This is my second time using them and I will definitely use them again!
This was the third time I've used Zerorez. Marc was pleasant, professional, and very thorough. I definitely recommend Zerorez
Fast, efficient and friendly
The gentleman that did the work was great! I give him a 5 star. Unfortunately, I was uncharged and zerorez did not honor the original quote of $119 minimum. I will not use this company in the future. Over $10 they lost a customer!! Unbelievable terrible customer service at the office.
Layton did a great job, was very friendly and informative. He helped me make the best decisions based on my preferences and budget and finished the job quickly and thoroughly. Will definitely use again. Thank you so much Layton!
Zerorez did a great job on our carpets! Everybody was super friendly from the first phone call to the carpet cleaning. They called before they came and they arrived when they said they would. I would definitely recommend them! Our carpets ended up being wool which we did not know so the price was higher than we were…
They fit me in very quickly with a pet stain emergency. They have really nice technicians, and they go the extra mile. My carpet is fresh and clean, and the pet stain is completely gone.
Our carpets were REALLY BAD. It had puppy urine puddles all over the loft, mud trails from the stairs up and plenty of drink spillages. Plus a TODDLER. We have never gotten our carpet cleaned since moving in a few years ago and Zerorez did an amazing job! We are honestly pleasantly surprised by how many stains they…
Cody was quick and professional! And as always, our carpets look amazing!
We had a great experience with Zerorez. Our service technician, Layton, was friendly, professional, polite and very informative. The living room carpet was a disaster, but we were very pleased with the end result of his hard work.
I was very pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail as they even happened to show up the same day I tried to call them! They were also very kind and did a wonderful job! 10/10 would recommend!
Explained things well. Very nice.Did a fantastic job & it wasn’t an easy job. Friendly & put up with my barking puppy. I’m very pleased and will definitely use Zerorez again. Thank you!

My carpeting hadn't been cleaned -- other than vaccuuming --- in at least 10 years. My Zerorez guy transformed the depressing, filthy, dirt stained carpet into --- OMG! It's CLEAN!
Only complaint was the carpet was very wet in certain areas.
Very good experience ! Got extra treatments to help with old dog stains . Friendly technician who knew a lot about carpet I recommend highly 😀
Cody was very pleasant and professional and did a great job of cleaning our carpets.
Zerorez was very accommodating with changes in my schedule! Good customer service when making the appointment and the arrival time was spot on! My carpet look good for an aged carpet and it feels so much cleaner!
Leighton was awesome. Kind, considerate, helpful and professional. Thanks Nikki and Leighton.
Excelente job and fast availability. Friendly service and great staff.

Just had Zerorez clean my carpets and loveseat, and I'm very happy with the results! Layton was punctual, efficient, explained everything well, and was personable and good humored to boot. I will definitely hire them again. Price was reasonable, as well. A solid recommend!
Great service. Carpets look good.
My carpets look fabulous!! I have very light cream colored carpet & I LOVE ZeroRez because they do not use shampoos that actually just draw dirt to the carpet after being shampooed. With ZeroRez my carpets get dry A LOT quicker because they do not have to saturate my carpet with water to get them cleaned. And Cody…
My tech was on time. Great guy and did a good job. Even put up with my humor.
Responsive professional , quick service, excellent work. Would use again in future.Thank you

We are very satisfied with the services today with zerorez. We didn’t expect our carpets to look like how it did when we first moved in. But after 6 years and 2 kiddos, we were beyond shocked of how professionally cleaned these carpets have turned out. It exceeded our expectations, love how they look, feel, and…
Cody was very sweet and super efficient!
They did a fantastic job and very quickly ! They were also extremely personable ! Thanks Layton!
Not happy with our service today. Technicians arrived told us that we would need to pay extra for deeper cleaning. Ended up spending $324 when original quote was $169. Paid extra to have deeper cleaning for our lower den area and stairwell. Stains still present. Stair treading dirty at edges. Original spots…
I was very oleased with the quality of professionalism. Good communication, and easy to work with
They did an excellent & thorough job & gave detailed explanation of how the process worked.
Terrible customer service. The lady was extremely rude, hidden fees and pushy sales guy. When they got to the house to do the job, they were trying to up charge things we didn’t need or want. Three rooms for $99 turned into $275. To be fair $80 of that one for stairs.
Great job. Very pleasant to work with
Excellent service. Very fast and carpets looks great! We will be a return customer. Special thanks to Adam who was a gentleman. Thank you Adam!..
Very professional and did a great job. DJ explained details and made suggestions about the job. He was very personal. Would definitely use them again and this is also at least the third time I have used them.

So happy ZeroRez is back! Kristin is too! She does a great job of cleaning our carpets! High traffic areas are always a concern but when she is done they’re not showing any more! I’m thrilled with the results!
Kris was great! Very personable, listened thoroughly and was able to get our carpets looking new! Very pleased with her quick and efficient service!
Great people doing fantastic work. The ONLY carpet cleaners I use.
Competitive, fast & friendly... I was initially apprehensive to using national company but when I called around they had the best rate, and most comprehensive offer.. when the technician (Kris) showed up she was fast efficient and described everything to me, highly recommended.
Tenant left the carpets in very poor condition, including significant urine stains. The cost was much higher than I’m used to, but that was due to the chemicals needed to take care of the urine. Layton did an awesome job cleaning them up, however. Very pleased with how they turned out.
Very professional technician, she arrived early in the reservation window which was great. She worked quickly and efficiently—the bedroom carpets look wonderful, like they are brand new!
Leyton (sp?) was very professional, kind and personable. Provided lots of information and guidance. Did a detailed clean on our carpet. We are very pleased.
I continue to be very impressed with Zeroeez and thier excellent employees. They arrive on time, if not early, they are very personable and dedicated to solid work. This company is my go to carpet team, always.
Kris did an excellent job! Great personality! Efficient and very professional.

Mark did a great job. He is very experienced, polite, and professional. He explained everything before starting. I am very pleased with the work.
Layton is very professional and did a great job!
I love this company for carpet cleaning. They make it super easy to schedule, have great communication before the appt, and do a fantastic job cleaning. Its been 2 years since we had oue carpets cleaned and have had 100's of people, including a LOT little ones through our home and they look fantastic. Great company, reasonable prices, and a job well done.
Cancellation happened, so was called to fill in the time. Tech arrived, but his equipment wasn’t working, so he had to call the owner to come help. So tech was here quite a lon time. We thought it would be appropriate for them to give us a discount because of the inconvenience. None was offered. Poor business practice.
Awesome job. Chris was phenomenal. She was a hard worker and our home looks great. We will definitely recommend her in the future !!!!!
Excellent service and results.
The technician was fast and did an excellent job:
The worker was great. I am not sure after several years I will use you again because it cost me more to clean the throw rug than it would have cost me to buy a new one. Prices doubled what I was quoted for a two room clean. Thanks! Peggy L. Melton 2664 32nd Street Springfield, Oregon 97477
Our almost 20 year old Berber carpet looks great after cleaning. Zerorez is a great company. This is our 4th or 5th time we have used them. The tech, Kris, was very professional. Great job!
Hands down, best service I’ve ever had - two different times!
Christian did an excellent job, but there are some marks on our carpet that weren't there before
Chris was great cleaning our carpet!
The tech did an amazing job. I have many rental properties and I always use them. No one else compares to zerores quality and tbh everyone else is almost twice as expensive as well.
Punctual, thorough preparation looking for spots, etc. Friendly, immediately went to work and gave instructions for drying time Price did go up with additional protection
We will always request Kris when we continue to have Zerorez service our home. She was amazingly thorough and did the best work we have ever had with Zerorez🙌
Overall my experience with zeroes was very pleasant.
The tech was very nice and did a great job. She was able to remove the stains and clean up the traffic areas. Would definitely use them again.
Happy with the results and Kris, your technician is very professional a attentive to our needs.
Chris (Kris..:) was amazing! Prompt and did a super job! Our 90’s wall to wall never looked so new! And the house smells fantastic!! Thanks - we are thrilled!!!

I thought Chris did a fantastic job. She was very friendly, worked efficiently, and very professional. We so enjoyed her attention to detail. We would be glad to recommend her to anyone looking for having their carpets cleaned.
Cleaned 2 Bedrooms suites to our STR and Motor home. Super job, looks new. Thank you
The Girl who came over was very professional, and polite. She was very knowledgeable, and quick. I have never seen my carpet look so good. It is 23 years old
Very nice competent service technician.
Kristie was awesome!! She even was able to arrive a little bit early and help me move my coffee table. She did an amazing job abd her personality sells your business!! .Please give her a raise and my carpets look beautiful ❤️ Thank you and I will recommend you to many of my friends.
2nd carpet cleaning from Chris. Very happy with the pet cleaning and treatments. Chris has a very pleasant personalty and does her job well. I'm happy with the Zerorez method of carpet cleaning.

Mark was very courteous and efficient
Cleaned four rooms and hallway. Chris was very friendly and efficient! I would definitely recommend them!
Informative, thorough, and pleasant One of the best I’ve ever had
Chad did a wonderful job and was very personable.
The guy was nice and all, but went through my place to fast, he forgot to do the headboard as requested, and didn't do the back of the sofa having plenty of space to work it.
Are carpets look like new! CJ was professional, informative, on time and worked fast and efficiently! Will definitely be using zerorez again!
The crew was quick and efficient, on time, very personable, and helpful in terms of explaining the service and process. I would absolutely recommend and will use their services again in the future.
They are not flexible with scheduling. The technician could not make todays appointment time and they weren’t willing to reschedule for an exact time on a different day, only the vague “5 hour window”. Also they charge an extra fee if you don’t have multiple services done.
Great service! My kitty had an accident on the carpet and they were quick to respond, gave awesome information on their services, and were definitely very professional about their services. I will definitely use them again in the future for any of my carpet cleaning needs!
Carpet looks great. Gentleman named Rich provided my service and covered a lot of ground and took the oppropriate time on the heavy traffic areas
Eddy was very professional. He did a wonderful job. He has a great personality & we would definitely use your company & ask for him personally again.
It was very easy to work with this company. I called around and they were the most reasonable in cost. The tech called before his arrival so we could meet him at the unit. He was professional and friendly and did an amazing job in the carpets. Very nice young man. 😃👏 would definitely use them again.
I only use them for my carpet cleaning needs. Every 6 months I’ve call on them for the past 5 years. Won’t use anyone else.
Technician made good recommendations for treating animal odors and high-traffic areas. Very professional.
I got totally price gauged one of the times I used this business. Overpriced and not well done job. I only asked for them back because they had a good special/coupon. I feel like when cleaning the carpets, the person doing it should go over the sections more than just one quick time. It was like a quick once over on all the spaces. Wasn’t thorough at all.
