Tenant left the carpets in very poor condition, including significant urine stains. The cost was much higher than I’m used to, but that was due to the chemicals needed to take care of the urine. Layton did an awesome job cleaning them up, however. Very pleased with how they turned out.

My carpets looked clean but they smelled wet and left my apartment smelling musty. I had to use fans and scented spray to make the carpets smell better. Plus it was $41 more then originally quoted. Well not use again.
