Carpet looks great! Technician was super nice, thorough, professional.
Great customer service.
So happy ZeroRez is back! Kristin is too! She does a great job of cleaning our carpets! High traffic areas are always a concern but when she is done they’re not showing any more! I’m thrilled with the results!
Tenant left the carpets in very poor condition, including significant urine stains. The cost was much higher than I’m used to, but that was due to the chemicals needed to take care of the urine. Layton did an awesome job cleaning them up, however. Very pleased with how they turned out.
I’ve left reviews before. Not sure it’ll take another one. But today had carpets done & all I’ve said before happened again! Layton was awesome 👍. Love this company! I used them once again. Just now, today. These people are fabulous! From the first phone call all the way to completion they were professional,…
Done quick, looks good, nice employee, would use again

Stairs and carpet are beautifully clean. Great job as usual, but with the added excellence, knowledge and quick efficiency of Chris! She was such a pleasure to deal with, and really knows her stuff. Hope we can get her back next time!
Very good job. Excellent service.

wonderfully through and friendly service
The tech was great
Technician was polite and efficient. Carpets look great. He answered all questions, and did not waste any time getting the job done. We will recommend this company to others.
My experience with the company and the technician was better than I expected. Great customer service, great personality and very detailed on what he would do. It’s what you hope for when you have something done.
The ltechnician did a wonderful job and had great customer service skills

Tyler was very personable and explained everything clearly and with compassion. I will definitely request him next time I need my carpets cleaned.
Awesome job Tyler was Courteous and professional
The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He did an excellent job and the end result was more than satisfactory.
Friendly tech, quick with service, options explained, beautiful work even on difficult high traffic areas. Just disappointed with continuity of info from reservation to arrival. Left hand didn't tell the right hand what was going on, left us unprepared due to misinformation.
Great service! Thanks- everything looks great!
Adam, with ZeroRez, did a terrific job on my carpet. Adam was professional, thorough, and friendly. I highly recommend ZeroRez for your home or business.
Tech was on time explained everything carpets look great will use again in the future
Awesome customer service.
Awesome! Wow! Looks brand new!
First appointment had to be rescheduled but sounded like it was out of their control, they were able to fit me in a couple of days later and were very much on time and got the job done quick. Our carpets almost look new after they finished, very happy with the results. Yes the promo price is normally not what you’re…
The Technician was very thorough, polite, and professional. He did a fantastic job, our whole house looked amazing when he was completed. Great service and price!!!
Very friendly, professional and quality cleaning. Arrived on time and finished as promised.
My carpets looked clean but they smelled wet and left my apartment smelling musty. I had to use fans and scented spray to make the carpets smell better. Plus it was $41 more then originally quoted. Well not use again.
Very helpful and professional. I will recommend to my friends.
Missed and left dirty edges and spots. Some spots on the carpet seemed to only be smeared.
Our carpet is older but really needed cleaned. It looks very clean and refreshed now. Thank you so much! Our technician gets a 10!
Quick & Efficient!
Very professional and techs knew the process. Well Done!
We had our 2 year old carpets cleaned w/ Zero Rez and they look like the same. The tech convinced me I need the extra stain treatment and protective sealing. After arriving home none of the stains look any different, nor do the carpets even look clean. You can still see the line from where the couch was. After…
Zerorez cleaned my carpets a couple of weeks ago. I was very pleased with the services provided. I have a senior dog who has been urinating on the carpet. The tech did a thorough job of treating the carpet and all odors have been removed. The carpets were dry within five hours as stated. Very pleased with the…
Adam did an amazing job. He was polite, professional and got the job done quickly. highly recommend!
My tech was awsome. He gets a ten score.
Tyler showed up on time and was extremely professional! He did a thorough evaluation of our home and provided us with all the options that might be the best fit for our situation. He was quick and efficient and the rugs look amazing!
Dominick! Hell of a guy! He did great work and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. He made sure I got what what I paid for and more. He went above and beyond! Definitely going to reach out to him next time I need his services. Appreciate you bro!
I am giving Zeroez a 5 star rating today because of their excellent customer service. These days especially, it's important to me that my money spent goes a long way and the investment we made into having the carpets cleaned in our new home was substantial. What made it worthwhile, aside from the results, was the…
Tyler was really professional and clearly explained the process as well as my options. He did a fantastic job with the carpets in my house. 10/10 would call this company again!
Just moved into a new house and the carpet we're discussing. Having 2 kids under the age of 3 we did not want to buy new carpet just yet. They were able to help bring life back into the carpets and get them to last a little longer.
Adam did a great job! Very happy!
Adam was terrific- carpets look great
Adam was fantastic! On time, Polite, positive, and ready to work. I showed him the few areas of concern and he didn’t hesitate. We had a pretty bad coffee stain in addition to typical high-traffic dirt in the carpet. He took care of it! I would HIGHLY recommend Zerorez again and again. And trust me when I say, I…
Carpets look fresh! Such a good deal for three rooms! Excited to walk on them when they finish drying. I love that there’s no residue.
I was really impressed with the job done. The tech Frankie was friendly and professional. I definitely would use this service again!
Kyle was prompt, courteous and professional. Love Zerorez!
Frank was very Professional, located some pet stains then advised me. We made adjustments to work being performed and then completed in a timely manner… Job well done…
Alex was super professional, thorough, and quick! The carpets look great! We will be using them again in the future!
I called in when I saw the 3 rooms for $99. Greet deal right? The call center quoted me 70 plus for 3 rooms. Turns out this was the basic clean your carpet but your gonna wish u upgraded to the odor elimination and pet enzyme which added another $100 to the bill. I understand this is how business is done. That being…
Duncan was great. He was professional, thoughtful and kind. He had his work cut out for him with our carpets but still was able to get them clean, thanks again!
Adam our carpet tech was professional, knowledgeable, & extremely courteous. His work was quick & very thorough. Definitely a 5 star experience
They did a very quick and quality clean. Very happy with my results
I’ve used this company twice now and super satisfied with everything they do! I refer them to everyone as well and will continue to.
Summary: It’s been over a month since I last heard from Zerorez. The last communication was a promise that they would come and fix their job that wasn’t done properly, instead of giving a refund as I initially requested. Either the product doesn’t work, or they didn’t do the job properly. Full story: Kyle was…
The technician was excellent, taking care of every detail. We just completed a large renovation, and he was so careful to protect the new construction (cabinets, corners, floors). He was very respectful and kind. We want to adopt him!
So pleased with the quality of service.
Carpet Technician was punctual, courteous and helpful. He did a terrific job. I highly recommend this company.
This company has gone way down hill since the management changed. Extremely disappointed.
For the first time since I started using zerorez as my carpet cleaner the technician did not do anything that I asked him to do at the end of the visit. He asked me if everything looked good, but he had already basically put stuff away and when I asked him to go over a small area again he declined. I called the…
Nigel arrived on time. Bonus points for asking if I wanted him to wear a mask and letting me know he was vaccinated before entering my house. He was friendly, professional and thorough in going over which rooms I wanted cleaned, concerns about stains and reviewed the cost with me more than once and again on…
The work was done VERY professionally! The operator was very nice and very proficient!
There was an introductory price per room listed on the email. When the technician arrived he began adding extra charges that I was not told would occur when I called to set the appointment. The quality of work performed was very good.
2nd time customer. Prompt service. Tech was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again!
My carpets look like new after Frankie cleaned them. He was right on time, answered my questions and was very professional. I would recommend Zerorez of Eugene.
I'm very impressed with the work that was done! My carpets look and snell absolutely beautiful. Kyle is amazing, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
Jessica was awesome to work with. Very hard worker! Great results!
On time, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Very service oriented. I would highly recommend Kyle and Zerorez.
Technician communicated arrival time. When he arrived, he let me know he was fully vaccinated and offered to mask. He thoroughly cleaned carpets removing pet stains. Carpets look 100% better
Right on time, and the cleaning took much less time than anyone else I’ve used, but with better results and much drier carpet. Very friendly and professional technician.
Kyle was awesome. He arrived on time and left our carpets sparkling clean. He'll be coming back to clean and seal our Travertine floors. We highly recommend him.
Great service, very professional tech. My only complaint is that the tech showed up 4 hours before the scheduled window.
Amazing service! I contacted them during the holiday weekend and got an appointment within a couple of days. The carpets were heavily soiled yet they look amazing. Frankie, our technician, was friendly, polite and the perfect representative for this fabulous company.
The owner, Kyle Shennum came to do our carpets on a holiday! He was incredibly personable and very inventive. He answered all questions with patience and providing step by step instructions of what he was going to do. He was open to having great conversations while he worked. An incredibly nice and down to earth…
Dominick was professional and kind. He went above and beyond to get a stain out and succeeded. He worked thoroughly and efficiently. I would have him come again!
I had extremely soiled carpets from both kids (paint, slime, etc) as well as from pets, and I had low expectations as to how clean it could get. It looks amazing!! I was so presently surprised by how great it looks. The technician was kind, explained everything throroughly, and wore a mask the whole time. I will use zerorez again!
Good Job, Thanks Dominic.
She did an amazing job!!! Got blackberry stains out of my white carpet 😱
The Zerorez technician explained what he was doing and why. Before starting he gave me the price, which was pretty reasonable and worth paying to be honest. Very happy with the whole experience.
Dominic was very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on our carpets. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
Thank you! Kyle was amazing and super friendly! Extremely knowledgeable as well! Good people! Much appreciated!!! Stephanie Webster
Service tech was super nice and went above and beyond expectations. Will use again.
Such great service and delivered in timely manner. We will be a returning customer!!
Had a VERY short notice, and they were able to move another appointment to squeeze us in. The techs were FANTASTIC and got the job done! We had some grime, pet stains and dirt and they were able to get us show ready! Thank you zerorez!
Awesome customer service, very personable and professional. Highly recommend and will use again for my yearly cleaners.
Zerorez is my go-to company for carpet cleaning. Not only are they professional, do an awesome job at removing my puppy’s accidents from our carpet, but their prices are great too. They put shoe covers on at the door and cleaned up any trace of them being there. Not my first time using this company, and won’t be my last!
I could not be happier with the cleaning that was done. I appreciate being kept up to date on arrival time. My carpet and area rungs look like new. I will not hesitate to recommend this company. I myself, will be a repeat customer. Thank you!
Very professional people. Organized, informative, good service. No chemicals is what I like.
