Stairs and carpet are beautifully clean. Great job as usual, but with the added excellence, knowledge and quick efficiency of Chris! She was such a pleasure to deal with, and really knows her stuff. Hope we can get her back next time!
Technician was very friendly, quick and did an amazing job.
Great service! My kitty had an accident on the carpet and they were quick to respond, gave awesome information on their services, and were definitely very professional about their services. I will definitely use them again in the future for any of my carpet cleaning needs!
Technician made good recommendations for treating animal odors and high-traffic areas. Very professional.
wonderfully through and friendly service
Technician was polite and efficient. Carpets look great. He answered all questions, and did not waste any time getting the job done. We will recommend this company to others.
We have used them multiple time, an amazing job every time. Communication was top notch.
Dominac (spelling?) with Zerorez did an amazing job cleaning and sanitizing vents that hadn't been cleaned in over 20 years and had become a hideout for my cat. He took on a tough project and did an amazing job. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they were very responsive to requested changes
Dominic arrived on time, told me exactly what he was going to do and did it exceptionally well! He was professional, thorough, and did an AMAZING job! My carpet looks brand new!! I will definitely be sticking with your company!
The service was exceptional! The technician was very pleasant and communicative. He was thorough despite the fact that he was running behind due to earlier appointments. The results were amazing. Our cream colored sofa looks new. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. I am genuinely pleased!
Tyler was very personable and explained everything clearly and with compassion. I will definitely request him next time I need my carpets cleaned.
The Manager himself came out to clean our carpets at short notice to accommodate our families need to get our house on the market quickly. Very professional and the carpets looked amazing even know they were old and tired.
The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He did an excellent job and the end result was more than satisfactory.
Very unhappy with my carpet cleaning !! All stains came back !! Did call to complain & they blew me off !!
On time, excellent customer service. Tech was very kind and respectful and the floor looks awesome!!
Great experience from the beginning when I called to schedule my appointment. The communication with scheduling and techs showing up was great. Duncan and Rich were quick to get the job done and answered all of my questions and concerns. They were very polite and professional. Thank you!
They did a great job! The price was good and Tyler was very friendly, professional and punctual. Our floors looked so great after and he even got up the stains from our dog messes!
Duncan and Rick were super professional and friendly! They were on time and on the early half of the window, which I loved. Came in and did a great job explaining the service and how they are eco-friendly (even showed me a video of how their cleaning technology works). Will definitely have them back to do my couches. Thank you!
Awesome! Wow! Looks brand new!
Dakota was there on time and did a great job on my carpets that were not looking so good. They charged me much less then the other company that had given me a quote. I would highly recommend ZeroRez
First appointment had to be rescheduled but sounded like it was out of their control, they were able to fit me in a couple of days later and were very much on time and got the job done quick. Our carpets almost look new after they finished, very happy with the results. Yes the promo price is normally not what you’re…
Polite. Good job. I think it was a good investment.
The Technician was very thorough, polite, and professional. He did a fantastic job, our whole house looked amazing when he was completed. Great service and price!!!
We had our 2 year old carpets cleaned w/ Zero Rez and they look like the same. The tech convinced me I need the extra stain treatment and protective sealing. After arriving home none of the stains look any different, nor do the carpets even look clean. You can still see the line from where the couch was. After…
Zerorez cleaned my carpets a couple of weeks ago. I was very pleased with the services provided. I have a senior dog who has been urinating on the carpet. The tech did a thorough job of treating the carpet and all odors have been removed. The carpets were dry within five hours as stated. Very pleased with the…
Adam did an amazing job. He was polite, professional and got the job done quickly. highly recommend!
Tyler showed up on time and was extremely professional! He did a thorough evaluation of our home and provided us with all the options that might be the best fit for our situation. He was quick and efficient and the rugs look amazing!
Dominick! Hell of a guy! He did great work and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. He made sure I got what what I paid for and more. He went above and beyond! Definitely going to reach out to him next time I need his services. Appreciate you bro!
I am giving Zeroez a 5 star rating today because of their excellent customer service. These days especially, it's important to me that my money spent goes a long way and the investment we made into having the carpets cleaned in our new home was substantial. What made it worthwhile, aside from the results, was the…
Just moved into a new house and the carpet we're discussing. Having 2 kids under the age of 3 we did not want to buy new carpet just yet. They were able to help bring life back into the carpets and get them to last a little longer.
Adam was fantastic! On time, Polite, positive, and ready to work. I showed him the few areas of concern and he didn’t hesitate. We had a pretty bad coffee stain in addition to typical high-traffic dirt in the carpet. He took care of it! I would HIGHLY recommend Zerorez again and again. And trust me when I say, I…
Carpets look fresh! Such a good deal for three rooms! Excited to walk on them when they finish drying. I love that there’s no residue.
I was really impressed with the job done. The tech Frankie was friendly and professional. I definitely would use this service again!
Frank was very Professional, located some pet stains then advised me. We made adjustments to work being performed and then completed in a timely manner… Job well done…
Alex was super professional, thorough, and quick! The carpets look great! We will be using them again in the future!
I called in when I saw the 3 rooms for $99. Greet deal right? The call center quoted me 70 plus for 3 rooms. Turns out this was the basic clean your carpet but your gonna wish u upgraded to the odor elimination and pet enzyme which added another $100 to the bill. I understand this is how business is done. That being…
They did a very quick and quality clean. Very happy with my results
The technician was excellent, taking care of every detail. We just completed a large renovation, and he was so careful to protect the new construction (cabinets, corners, floors). He was very respectful and kind. We want to adopt him!
Wonderful! I highly recommend!
Carpet Technician was punctual, courteous and helpful. He did a terrific job. I highly recommend this company.
There was an introductory price per room listed on the email. When the technician arrived he began adding extra charges that I was not told would occur when I called to set the appointment. The quality of work performed was very good.
I'm very impressed with the work that was done! My carpets look and snell absolutely beautiful. Kyle is amazing, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
Technician communicated arrival time. When he arrived, he let me know he was fully vaccinated and offered to mask. He thoroughly cleaned carpets removing pet stains. Carpets look 100% better
Kyle was awesome. He arrived on time and left our carpets sparkling clean. He'll be coming back to clean and seal our Travertine floors. We highly recommend him.
Great service, very professional tech. My only complaint is that the tech showed up 4 hours before the scheduled window.
Amazing service! I contacted them during the holiday weekend and got an appointment within a couple of days. The carpets were heavily soiled yet they look amazing. Frankie, our technician, was friendly, polite and the perfect representative for this fabulous company.
The owner, Kyle Shennum came to do our carpets on a holiday! He was incredibly personable and very inventive. He answered all questions with patience and providing step by step instructions of what he was going to do. He was open to having great conversations while he worked. An incredibly nice and down to earth…
Dominick was professional and kind. He went above and beyond to get a stain out and succeeded. He worked thoroughly and efficiently. I would have him come again!
I had extremely soiled carpets from both kids (paint, slime, etc) as well as from pets, and I had low expectations as to how clean it could get. It looks amazing!! I was so presently surprised by how great it looks. The technician was kind, explained everything throroughly, and wore a mask the whole time. I will use zerorez again!
She did an amazing job!!! Got blackberry stains out of my white carpet 😱
The Zerorez technician explained what he was doing and why. Before starting he gave me the price, which was pretty reasonable and worth paying to be honest. Very happy with the whole experience.
Dominic was very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on our carpets. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
Thank you! Kyle was amazing and super friendly! Extremely knowledgeable as well! Good people! Much appreciated!!! Stephanie Webster
Service tech was super nice and went above and beyond expectations. Will use again.
Had a VERY short notice, and they were able to move another appointment to squeeze us in. The techs were FANTASTIC and got the job done! We had some grime, pet stains and dirt and they were able to get us show ready! Thank you zerorez!
Awesome customer service, very personable and professional. Highly recommend and will use again for my yearly cleaners.
Zerorez is my go-to company for carpet cleaning. Not only are they professional, do an awesome job at removing my puppy’s accidents from our carpet, but their prices are great too. They put shoe covers on at the door and cleaned up any trace of them being there. Not my first time using this company, and won’t be my last!
Very professional people. Organized, informative, good service. No chemicals is what I like.
This was amazing! Only took about an hour. Our girl was super friendly and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend!
They were right on time (maybe even early). They texted me ahead of time to let me know they were en route. The men were conscientious and made sure to put booties on before going in and out of the house. They explained the process and why they were doing things. A very good referral from our neighbor Audrey Winner.…
The carpet looks incredible! They did an amazing job!
These folks are AMAZING. I could not give a higher recommendation to any carpet cleaning company. Absolutely phenomenal job.
Frankie the technician was very friendly and professional. He worked hard to get the pet urine out of the carpet. It looks and smells great!! Thank you
I have used Zerorez for over 15 years and they are the only company I would trust to clean my carpets. They are prompt & send out very competent service technicians every time. Best of all, my house smells clean and fresh without the chemical smell left by other companies. You can trust your carpets to Zerorez!
I dont appreciate being sent to review page in order to view my receipt
The carpet did not look like it usually does when I usually hire Zerorez, the clean carpets look like something I could have done with my shampooer not professionally done. Along with that I had a customer service lady call me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t think I’ll be using Zerorez again.
The staff at Zerorez was very polite and respectful. They explained their services thoroughly. My carpet looks great now!
He was very knowledgeable and professional, the carpets smell wonderful!!
Work not done yet but our experience with all concerned I.e.by phone and the tech that arrived (Frankie) have been superior!!
Zero Res did a perfect job! Our carpets look fantastic and they got all the pet stains out. IF for some reason the stains do return we have a 30 day guarantee! So excited to have our carpets looking like new again!
Frankie was great, very professional, informative, and easy to get along with. He got here right on time, paid close attention to what I wanted done, and recommended the best price which would be higher than what was estimated but got alot more done. Everything looks great, thanks for the great service.
Recliners and area rug look like new. They did a great job.
Awesome customer service.
They do a great job and leave the house smelling great. Couldn't get out a stain from an overwatered potted plant.
Excellent service, carpet looks and smells good. John was professional and knowledgeable.
The technician that came out did a walk-through and was great about giving detail on what could be done for us. He was quick but efficient, and did an excellent job. We had five rooms plus a hallway done, and overall, very affordable! We are more than pleased with the outcome and will definitely be calling on them again!
Very nice young men; very nice to our yapping dogs, too. On time, quick, and thorough work.
Carpet looks absolutely new again, we will definitely use these guys all the time. Thanks so much
Rigs turned out well. Not all the stains came out but it was to be expected. Employee very professional.
The tech was on time and very professional. She explained everything she did and how it worked. After she was down she showed me around to see if I was satisfied with the results. Everything turn out great.
Gentleman was respectable and considerate. Service was amazing. Carpets looked awful, now they look almost new.
Did an excellent job! Took their time and the carpets look amazing!!
Sara was professional, yet personable. She took her time to explain the process of cleaning without using product. She also had a special tool to remove a stain, that had been there for years. Truly amazing ♥️. I highly recommend Sara and Zerorez to thoroughly clean your carpet.
My carpets were destroyed by angry kitty that we'll call the Pee Punisher. After he passed, I tried to clean them and made things so, so much worse. The carpets are long past saving but all I wanted was to buy a couple more months before replacing them. Zerorez walked me through what was feasible, did a great job at…
The technician was great and it was fairly quick and it turned out wonderful I recommend it to everyone
The tech did a great job explaining everything and giving up all kinds of info. Very polite young man.
Isaac did a wonderful job! My carpets look amazing. And he was so friendly, professional and efficient. Will be a return customer
Friendly and professional. Thorough and considerate. No chemicals used, excellent for someone like myself who has allergies.
Will was my technician today. He was very informative and polite. He seemed genuinely proud of the company and the quality of equipment. Totally my oversight not sharing, but I wish he would have asked if there were any spots of concern. That would have jarred my memory to point out some stubborn stains to him.…
Service was wonderful. Our house looks brand new & smells so clean!
Sarah was incredibly sweet and professional. She worked hard on the places we have stains and in our kids’s rooms to give us great results even with my three-year-old talking her ear off! We have used Zerorez for three years now and my carpets are as clean as they can be without the smell and feel of harsh…
Sara was very friendly and patient with my Dad who has Alzheimer's. The tool she used to pull all the dog hair out of the carpet before she cleaned was unbelievable. And Dad has a chihuahua! She did a good job and his carpets look and smell great.
Zerorez is very professional, they provided me with confirmation emails about my upcoming appointment, I received a notification the day of the service. Sara was very polite and professional, she did a thorough job cleaning all the areas. We have used them for years and will continue to do so in the future
Quick, thorough, no soap, love the results. Carpets on stairs, bedrooms, and upstairs hall all turned out great. Topical treatment of pet spots great as well. Reasonably priced. Professional and curtious employee. Reminder call gave very specific time frame.
Excellent customer service- easy scheduling. The person who scheduled our service was very friendly and knowledgeable. “Frankie” who was the service tech was very efficient, polite, adhered to COVID safety, and did a great job! Our carpets, and furniture look brand new again.
Great job...
Technician was friendly and helpful. He Only provided suggestions that made sense and made sure I fully understood cost prior to completing service. Carpet looks and smells amazing!
The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional! Our lower bonus room's carpet has seen better days and once they were done, they look as good as new! They were very careful inside the house, cleaned up and were courteous and wore masks the entire time. I woukd definitely recommend them to friends and family!
