Looks great! Professional team. Leighton had solid recommendations.
Great service! Our couch looks like new!
Absolutely wonderful service! The guys that came out were extremely attentive, respectful and worked not only efficiently but put in extra effort to make sure the trouble spots were addressed correctly. And Nikki in the office was so easy to work with!
We have had Zerorez for many years and have always been very pleased. They do a great job, answers your questions. Thank you!
The new owner came out and cleaned our carpets and couches. He is very friendly, detailed, and understanding of our newborn/kid mess situation. Everything is mostly dried just a few hours later plus it looks and feels so clean. We have been using this company thru multiple ownership changes and this one is by far…
Sectional sofa cleaning was booked AND completed in less than than 2 hours. Very prompt and professional service. Would highly recommend.
Only complaint was the carpet was very wet in certain areas.
They came to clean my couch today, and I couldn’t tell until it dried, but the cushions ended up being striped. It looks like a zebra couch with dirty and clean sections.
Just had Zerorez clean my carpets and loveseat, and I'm very happy with the results! Layton was punctual, efficient, explained everything well, and was personable and good humored to boot. I will definitely hire them again. Price was reasonable, as well. A solid recommend!
The technician Layton was on time.and Very professional and nice. Me and my wife have had this couch for 4 years and it also had a previous owner. Our daughter has spilled juice, milk and other beverages and foods on it over the years. We were for sure we needed to replace the couch. My wife wouldn’t even sit on…
Cody was very sweet and super efficient!
I called on Wednesday for an estimate, it was given to me over the phone, made an appointment for Friday, they called me 20mins before the appt on Fri, arrived early per their announcement and were finished deep cleaning my couch and double ottoman with spill treatment inside of an hour. The workers Layton and Cody…
Kris did an excellent job! Great personality! Efficient and very professional.
Mark did a great job. He is very experienced, polite, and professional. He explained everything before starting. I am very pleased with the work.
Awesome job. Chris was phenomenal. She was a hard worker and our home looks great. We will definitely recommend her in the future !!!!!
Hands down, best service I’ve ever had - two different times!
Christian did an excellent job, but there are some marks on our carpet that weren't there before
Very professional job with attention to detail. Mark explained the process and the probable results based on the fabric. Well done!
Professional and friendly service. Carpets and furniture look fantastic. Even got out stains. Clearly stated what and why was done. Explained the warranty and what is covered. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!
I got totally price gauged one of the times I used this business. Overpriced and not well done job. I only asked for them back because they had a good special/coupon. I feel like when cleaning the carpets, the person doing it should go over the sections more than just one quick time. It was like a quick once over on all the spaces. Wasn’t thorough at all.
