Only complaint was the carpet was very wet in certain areas.
They came to clean my couch today, and I couldn’t tell until it dried, but the cushions ended up being striped. It looks like a zebra couch with dirty and clean sections.

I got totally price gauged one of the times I used this business. Overpriced and not well done job. I only asked for them back because they had a good special/coupon. I feel like when cleaning the carpets, the person doing it should go over the sections more than just one quick time. It was like a quick once over on all the spaces. Wasn’t thorough at all.

They were amazing! Very friendly, very helpful. They worked with me on price and even cleaned a small but particularly gross bit of the sofa for free. Our carpets were disgusting due to an incontinent German Shepherd. They look dang near brand new now. Will definitely be using them again!
