The carpets look great! And we had some tough stains. Ryan did a real nice job for us! Thank you!
Finally, a company that got it right I can't say enough good things about Zerorez of Puget Sound. I called them specifically to deal with stubborn pet urine staining that other carpet cleaners had failed to fully address, and the difference in approach was obvious from the start. Rather than rushing into a…
This family owned business is not only professional and exceptional at what they do but are lovely to work with and have some of the best customer service in the business. I have used them repeatedly and would highly recommend.
Jason was great.
Great service - on time, understood concerns well, work provided was outstanding, billing was reasonable & communication with scheduler was great.
Amazing! Easy to schedule, communicate, great work, very nice people and good price. What more could you ask for?
Jason was great! Timely, friendly and his work was thorough
Chris did a great job. The stairs, bedrooms, and formal living room look great. Thank you ZeroRez!
Always great service! Thanks, Jason!
The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He started working and did not stop till done. I added the enzyme spray for my senior dog accidents. I will use them again, they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. VERY HAPPY WITH RESULTS!
Thank you Zerorez for your professional job. The carpet looks very clean. The technician was very personable and did a great job.
My carpet looks like new. I had one small pet stain that is completely gone!
Carpet cleaning
Very friendly and professional. Worked really hard on my badly pet stained carpet. It looks almost new.
The worker was fantastic, very polite and patient. And the work he did was great. I would definitely recommend Zerorez of Puget Sound Carpet Cleaning.
Tyler was very professional and thorough. My brother is very pleased and happy with this outcome. Thank you ZeroRez we heard from you on Seattle Refined🤙🏽❤️
Crew worked with me to find the best solution for my carpet cleaning needs. General cleaning vs deep cleaning etc. This allowed us to dial in on the best value for money capret care service.
We have zerorez for several years and have consistently had excellent results. The Team is professional, friendly and do a great job!
Wow! Had a couple of very old Persian rugs, an armchair, and carpet cleaned and everything is beautiful. Pedro, my technician, was on time, polite, friendly, and did a very good job.
Listened to what I needed and addressed each one. Alerted me to a couple of things even I hadn't seen (as we have recently purchased the house being cleaned). Thank you Zerorez
We called on ZeroRez once again and the results were amazing! On time, great work, beautiful result, clean feeling and smelling. Fast and thorough. Competitive price. Kyle communicated beforehand and informed us when they would be here for putting up the dogs. We will stay with this company. We love Zerorez! Kyle…
The technicians did an awesome job of getting the carpets cleaned and refreshed.
They comprehensively cleaned and then spot treated our basement carpet. Good follow up too. It took about a month to get our three carpets back and for the technician to come back to redo an area again (at no charge). Overall happy with the company and will use them again.
Great service and great job!
Tucker did an amazing job cleaning our floors. He added extra effort in cleaning some trouble areas. We have been customers for 6 years and will continue to be!
Great service, was able to schedule last minute and they came the next day. Very Pleased with how clean the carpets came out after they where done.
Given the age of our carpet, we are impressed with results. Service technician was friendly and professional. Great job!
Devin washed our carpet, rugs and tile. He did amazing job, the grout lines look like new again, he took time and was very gentle with wool rugs and carpet. Will definitely recommend this company
Will use again! Very pleased with the customer service and results
Through job. Explained and answered questions, very respectful and friendly.
The tech was great to work with and our older carpet turned out amazing!
Took my area rug to Tukwila location rather than pick up to save money. This business was a disorganized and unprofessional mess. I was charged for the cleaning of two rugs and neither were cleaned. They were as dirty when I picked them up as when I dropped them off. I wanted to speak to the manager but was told…
I had my entire house cleaned - hardwoods, tile, carpet and area rugs. Margarito was on time and explained everything very well. He was very meticulous, especially with the upholstery cleaning. Their pricing was the best that I had found.
Zerorez is such a great company! What I like the most is their cleaning representatives are all efficient and well-mannered. The cleaner they use is all natural and is non-toxic! As an interior designer, I use this service for my client's homes as well as my own.
Our carpets were particularly dirty due to multiple construction projects. All the soiled areas were thoroughly cleaned, and stains were removed. Alec did an exceptional job!
I didn’t have high expectations, but was pleasantly surprised! It was so nice to pay for a service that actually was of quality! Dried play doh and navy blue paint was spotted on my carpet from crafts and boy it all came out ! Thank you
Devin was one of the best technicians we have ever used. He was on time, wore booties anytime he was inside, explained things very well and answered questions thoroughly . He did an excellent job of cleaning our rugs. Very professional and yet very personable. I recommend you ask for Devin when setting up a…
Excellent in every way. Will use your service again.
It took longer than expected. 9/24 through 10/18.
I really appreciated the thorough job done by the Zerorez carpet skilled cleaners. The technician, Margarito, brought in a machine that deep cleaned the carpet and then used an extractor to finish off the job. My wife and I were very pleased with both the results and the reasonable price. I'm so glad the Zerorez is back and will defiantly use them again.
Great service. Did an excellent job on our shaggy area rug, so we used them again for an exit carpet clean and they did a fabulous job, and were very thorough and quick. Would recommend.
Jay was professional, efficient, and personable! Just two hours later, my area rugs are already dry. I will use them again!
They showed up on time and at the beginning of the appointment window. Discussed the different options and did a great job.
Stains are gone, very professional service
Appointment scheduling was fast and easy with plenty of availability slots. The only thing I didn't like was when I chose radio for my referral, Spirit 105.3 was not a choice and that is where I heard about Zerorez for at least two years (maybe more didn't pay attention before). Schedule verification was quick and…
Pleased with results.
They were great! The two guys that came to pickup/drop off my rug offered to put the rug in place and remove it from my apartment for me. They also put my rug through two separate cleanings for the same agreed upon price because they weren't able to get all the stains out at first. Very nice people and the text communication was awesome!
Zerorez was thee best service I’ve found. Plus my variety of area rugs were of different materials and they handle them beautifully! They came back w/o a smell and absolutely zero dust, stains, or issues. After trying a couple other “cleaning” services They both brought them back smelly, still with stains and actual…
Friendly, professional technician did a great job on our carpets. The carpet looks and feels new, drying time was fast and the service was top notch.
Always been willing to use a little more elbow grease to make it good.
I use ZeroRez in my home and recommend ZeroRez to all of my clients. Steve Hill, Broker | Premier Director, Windermere Real Estate.
After several years of abuse by our naughty, elderly dogs, we needed to get some extreme cleaning done. It was a big and expensive job, but Zerorez made our carpet look youthful again. They had some magic stuff that could get down into the pad and then their powerful cleaning and moisture removal really impressed…
Awesome very good job love them
For the price and the extra stain removal I would have expected it to get the coffee stains out of the carpet
Booked out for a while with covid but definitely worth the wait. Thank you!
The technician was efficient, professional and friendly. My carpets were cleaned well and done faster than I had anticipated. I would definitely use them again!
The results exceeded my expectations and Devin was exceptional. He explained the service thoroughly and was courteous and diligent.
The serviceman was polite, professional, and efficient. Nothing in my ghome was damaged, and 5 area rugs (that hadn’t been cleaned in 3 yrs, and had dog smell) were cleaned in under 2 hours. The cleaning process was explained to me, and I was very happy with the end result! The price was very reasonable, and I’d use them again.
It was very hectic at our house as grandkids were leaving with the other grandparents but Ryan was patient calm attentive and not bothered at all. We were able to give him our attention when he needed it and he was quick and efficient.
Did an excellent job. Removed old pet urine odor I couldn't get out with my carpet cleaner.
