Did carpeted stairs, hallway, living room, and bathroom floor ceramic tile. Dominic made it look great. I highly recommend Xerorez and Dominic
Excellent Customer Service and the 4th time using Zerorez! Tirene was very polite, professional and hard working!. My carpets look nearly brand new! He managed to remove most stains and brought them back to life. Thank you Zerorez! We will call on you again for our carpet cleanings.

I use zeroRez for the first time due to a three room deal for a decent price. They gave me an estimate window of 8 AM to 1 PM. To my delight, the technician called me around 8:30 AM to announce that he would be there in about 45 minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable of the cleaning process for my shag rug…

This is the 1st time I've had Zerorez clean my carpets. I am impressed by the job Devon did. The carpet looks great! Devon and I talked before he started, and he explained everything. An issue arose before the cleaning when the company truck Devon was driving had mechanical problems. Devon saved the day by…

[West Seattle] We used ZeroRez as our move-out cleaners for our rental unit of several years. The Technition was wonderful and was even 45min early! They called us and said that they finished early and could either come over now or at the scheduled time. When they show up early, as agreed by call, they surveyed…
Im a Landlord and ZEROREZ is the only carpet cleaning I will use.
They did a great job and our carpet looks awesome. Much better than I could do with a rental carpet cleaner.
Carpet cleaning service was excellent.
Devin washed our carpet, rugs and tile. He did amazing job, the grout lines look like new again, he took time and was very gentle with wool rugs and carpet. Will definitely recommend this company
Will use again! Very pleased with the customer service and results
I had a tenant move out and had bad dog odor from the carpet. I usually do things myself but this time I decided to give to the pro. I explain the situation and size of the area to be cleaned. Estimate was below $400. Once technician arrived he looked at the condition and start up charging. final bill came…

The carpet cleaner showed up on time. He asked what my expectations were and walked through the areas with me. He suggested some additional treatments but there was absolutely to pressure to add them. The carpet came out beautiful and I would estimate that 95% of the stains came out. Very happy with the results.
Alex is on time, get the job done quickly, and explain the cleaning process and chemical used.
Our carpets were particularly dirty due to multiple construction projects. All the soiled areas were thoroughly cleaned, and stains were removed. Alec did an exceptional job!
Jay the technician was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient! Carpets were super clean in no time at all! And can’t beat the price!

Dominick was a very nice, professional & courteous young man. He was easy to work with and did an excellent job. He was in & out in a pretty quick amount of time and was easily able to add 2 more rooms to be cleaned over what he originally scheduled. He was very clear is what we could & could not do while waiting…

Jesus is an amazingly nice man. I had a great time with his visit. Please ask for him!
I have used this company in the past and I’ve also referred many others because I’ve been so pleased with their service. However Something has changed. Apparently there is a new owner and I was extremely disappointed this time. Despite the information listed on their website when I booked, they did not include…
DJ was very professional, friendly and informative about the process since I had never used this company before. He came in, analyzed what needed to be done, went to work and completed the work in good time considering all he had to do. I would definitely recommend DJ to clean your carpets as I am going to request him next time.
The technician showed up on time , introduced himself and we walk around for an overview of areas of interest. The he began his setup which included a work area protection plan for safety !😌 After setup the dude went to work! When the job was completed we did another walk through a I was a satisfied costumer! So…
My 20+ year old carpet looks great. I’m amazed at the result. The technician arrived and got right to work and didn’t try to up-sell other services. The company was unable to make the originally scheduled date but worked hard to get a new date that worked for me. I appreciated the extra customer service.
Zerorez was amazing. The

Jeremy was very professional and thorough - this will become my new go to company for carpet cleaning.
Technician was on time and very thorough. Would highly recommend
The mattress cleaning was GREAT! My technician was so friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend!
Be warned on the extra 40% additional charge for in room closets. Customer service management are not responsive, definitely not at the same level of good customer service a year ago. I will not use them again.
The guy came over when he said that he would, he did a very thorough job of the apartment and it wasn't that long either. I will want to choose them again.
They did a really good job cleaning my carpets, would definitely use them again😊

My carpets that had not been cleaned in years look almost brand new. And I had some pretty bad stains.
Zerorez employees are thorough, friendly and modestly priced. I have used them multiple times and would recommend them to everyone! My carpets are light and with 2 dogs, can get pretty dirty between cleanings Zerorez makes them Look brand new and they smell awesome!
Appointment scheduling was fast and easy with plenty of availability slots. The only thing I didn't like was when I chose radio for my referral, Spirit 105.3 was not a choice and that is where I heard about Zerorez for at least two years (maybe more didn't pay attention before). Schedule verification was quick and…
From the quote request through the completion of the cleaning I found Zerores to be professional, responsive, courteous and on time. Mr. Witner V who was the Technician arrived right on schedule, reviewed the work to be done and after explaining the options, set to work. The carpet in the house had areas that had…
The tech was on time. Courteous. But cleaning was not that great. Seeming what I've heard on 105.3 was not true. Not that great of an experience
DJ was amazing!!! Very professional and personable. Entire experience from booking to service was pleasant. Carpets are drying now but happy thus far overall
Wow! If you need tough stains tackled or just a general carpet refresh this is the company! We have used multiple carpet cleaning services over the years, suffered price gauging, sold things we didn’t need, or left with an unsatisfactory result. Not the case here! We had our entire house cleaned and it is brand…
