My technician Kris was kind as well as efficient. I was concerned about my cat during the carpet cleaning and he made sure I was all set and my kitty was okay. I love that my carpet is clean without any fragrance smells, just clean and natural.
The carpets look great! And we had some tough stains. Ryan did a real nice job for us! Thank you!
Finally, a company that got it right I can't say enough good things about Zerorez of Puget Sound. I called them specifically to deal with stubborn pet urine staining that other carpet cleaners had failed to fully address, and the difference in approach was obvious from the start. Rather than rushing into a…
Zerorez came today and cleaned three rooms for $300. He also added protectorant to heavily traveled places. Ryan did a super job! My 20-yr old carpet looks new! From Brittany in the office to Ryan, the technician, I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. Thank you! Ryan scores a "10."
Great people, small business, would use them again!
This family owned business is not only professional and exceptional at what they do but are lovely to work with and have some of the best customer service in the business. I have used them repeatedly and would highly recommend.
We’ve used ZeroRez for years so when we moved states I was so happy to see they served our area. Ryan did such a great job! Carpets look like new!!
For the second time, Zerorez has me extremely pleased with the quality of service. The carpets (at least 10 years old) look amazing, the house smells fresher, and the technician was super professional and friendly. I will continue to use their services and heartily recommend them!
Tim was very professional and thorough!
Carpet looks wonderful! The technician pointed out areas of concern and what to watch for. He went above and beyond by applying a product to remove a stain that I’ve been told previously was wearing and not stain. Looks great!
Chris was on time and did a get job on our dirty carpets. They look so much better. He explained the minimum pricing and gave us options to use the balance of money in the best way for our situation. Would highly recommend this company.
Jason was great.
Zerorez came on time, walked through the areas to be cleaned (mostly carpet plus a recliner) while I pointed out the difficult stains I knew of, especially one long 6" dark green stain on the beige carpet I could not get out for anything! After cleaning was complete, ALL the stains were gone, including that terrible…
Did an amazing job, our carpets have not looked that good in years.
Great service - on time, understood concerns well, work provided was outstanding, billing was reasonable & communication with scheduler was great.
Jason was great! Service was super fast for 4 rooms and a hallway. He worked out some crazy stains from 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 kids
Whole home carpet cleaning for clients moving in to a noteworthy MCM home in Mt Baker. They were on time, thorough, and gave me great advice about options and maintenance

Chris did a great job. The stairs, bedrooms, and formal living room look great. Thank you ZeroRez!
The technician, Kris, did a fantastic job on my whole house carpet cleaning. I'm thrilled with the results. I have white carpet throughout my home, staircases, etc., and they look fantastic. My first time using Zerorez and not my last. I've used other companies in the past and Zerorez has them beat 100%.
Cleaning was so good, I married the Technician! Zerorez cleaned our laminate flooring and couch. Got a stain out I'd been mopping for months and the amount of dirt and nastiness that was pulled out of the couch was incredible!
We have been using Zerorez in the past and this was by far the best service we have had Lee
Chris is a wonderful young man and very professional. Thank you very much for the great job!
Very nice technician did a fine efficient job.
I recently moved to Washington. I have always used Zerorez in southern California for years. In reality this is the only way to clean a carpet thoroughly. Zerorez of Puget Sound did an even better job than California. Kris took him time and did an excellent job!! He was very professional, efficient, and…
Live this company and service. They also ensure you are setting up the correct service plan.
This is the fourth time I've used Zerorez. Every time has been wonderful with each experience even better than the one before. I would recommend this company to everyone.
The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He started working and did not stop till done. I added the enzyme spray for my senior dog accidents. I will use them again, they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. VERY HAPPY WITH RESULTS!
Technician was very well informed on the products that they offer. He is very good at doing his job and even the up sale was greeted with enthusiasm by both myself and my wife. We usually don't go for up sales and take the product that we originally purchased but the pet stain cleaning and enzyme treatment was a…
A big thank you to Cory and Jay for a job well done cleaning our carpets. As always, the job was efficient and carried out with care. Every interaction from scheduling the appointment to the technicians completing the job was a positive experience. This is why we continue to use Zerorez over and over again. We've…

Very friendly and professional. Worked really hard on my badly pet stained carpet. It looks almost new.
Super happy with results! Tyler is your guy.. informative, honest and professional. Don’t even look further than Zerorez to get your carpets looking fresh and new again!
So very many things went wrong dealing with ZeroRez, but the worst was that my one-yr-old carpet shows almost no difference afterwards. This is because the technician didn't use a machine with brushes -- just suction -- because he surprised me with an added $70 fee for brushes despite my telling the scheduler that…
Always a great experience dealing with zerorez and our carpets look clean and fresh. Good results.
Excellent service!
The tech was on time, professional, did a good job.
Tyree, did an amazing and thorough job. He was very consciousness and caring regarding the cleaning of the carpet. Thank you.
Knowledgeable and friendly technician
Super professional! Thank you for the detailed cleaning.
The carpets look great when they were done. I have never used service before but I will do it again if the price is right. Seems pretty competitive. First timers get a discount, mine was $20. That was 20 less than their competitor. So I went with them trying them out. I was very pleased and the guy was very professional very nice. It took about an hour.
Technician came on time, super professional. No cat/dog pee stains/odors. I’m super impressed in the quality of work. I will definitely be using this company again.
I use zeroRez for the first time due to a three room deal for a decent price. They gave me an estimate window of 8 AM to 1 PM. To my delight, the technician called me around 8:30 AM to announce that he would be there in about 45 minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable of the cleaning process for my shag rug…
The person arrived on time. He explained what he would do, and suggested additional treatment options. He was very polite and worked efficiently. Very happy with the cleaned carpets.

Cannot speak more highly about this company. Last year I had another company clean our carpets and I was so disappointed when they left because they looked about the same/I figured my carpets were just permanently stained. When Zerorez finished however, my carpets look better than they did when I moved into my house!
Very professional and did a fantastic job.
Called ahead of time and let me know their ETA which I appreciated.
Great service!
Alec was amazing! He explained to me everything in details of that it should be done on my carpets. I have 2 pets and it really needed a special treatment so he did and the result was great! Although my carpets are really old and need to be changed, they came out amazingly clean even looking newer. I already recommended Zeroez to a couple of friends!
On time, excellent service and the carpets look brand new.
Did not come out at the agreed appointment time. When we called to find out why he wasn't there, the lady had let us know they never make appointments for 9am. We then had to ask her when our appointment was and she said anytime between 12-5. Which he showed at 4:30, again fine. But to only spend 27 minutes for 3…
The technicians did an awesome job of getting the carpets cleaned and refreshed.
They comprehensively cleaned and then spot treated our basement carpet. Good follow up too. It took about a month to get our three carpets back and for the technician to come back to redo an area again (at no charge). Overall happy with the company and will use them again.

We’ve used Zerorez for over five years and would recommend them highly. We had an issue with stains that two other companies said they could remove which didn’t happen. Zerorez was the company that removed the stains and always looks brand new after each carpet cleaning. Five stars for sure!

The Tech didn't clean the Nap..it's the part in the crack by the base boards.. there were pieces of waste all near the molding..base boards.. And we paid nearly $300.00. We need the Nap cleaned. D. Eygabroad 6930 6 th Ave SW. Tumwater WA 98501

DeAndre Wes very professional and did a great job, carpets look wonderful.
Friendly & professional, quick but with attention to detail Tyler is an asset to this company. Great job. Would be better if the office could confirm smaller window vs 5 hours for estimated arrival time (especially if you’re the lady customer in that window). Would definitely use again & recommend.
[West Seattle] We used ZeroRez as our move-out cleaners for our rental unit of several years. The Technition was wonderful and was even 45min early! They called us and said that they finished early and could either come over now or at the scheduled time. When they show up early, as agreed by call, they surveyed…

Alec was knowledgeable and spent time to help me understand the process! Well done.
Very good cleaning process
These guys are not promising and do not come on time and rather than finishing the work on the schedule day, they are asking you to reschuled the appointment, which doesnot make any sense. If you guys dont have time then dont make apppointments and dont take more clients, if you are not able to do cleaning on time.…
Kyle did an amazing job! The cleaning was very thorough and the house smells so fresh and clean, including a room that smelled like a cat accident from the previous owners. If you have any rooms that need a little extra help, I would recommend paying the extra for the enzyme treatments, because they work!
Carpets came out Amazing!
Pet damage and it worked!
Given the age of our carpet, we are impressed with results. Service technician was friendly and professional. Great job!
Appreciated the good work!
Devin washed our carpet, rugs and tile. He did amazing job, the grout lines look like new again, he took time and was very gentle with wool rugs and carpet. Will definitely recommend this company
I had a tenant move out and had bad dog odor from the carpet. I usually do things myself but this time I decided to give to the pro. I explain the situation and size of the area to be cleaned. Estimate was below $400. Once technician arrived he looked at the condition and start up charging. final bill came…
The technician was very thorough and did a great job. He kept us posted about timing etc. The person I spoke with to book the appointment unfortunately quoted us a price that was inaccurate. Even though he ask for the square footage of our great room and we provided it, his quote was only for a double size room…
Zerorez did a great job, I will definitely use them again.
Very Pleased with their service!
The tech was great to work with and our older carpet turned out amazing!
I'm very happy not to use a bunch of chemicals for the cleaning. And I was very happy with the technician who got all the spots out and was efficient and friendly.
They were extremely professional and did a great job.
The technician arrived within the time window given for arrival. Colin was thorough, going over each room with me and understands what is needed to clean some difficult stains. Definitely will call on Zerorez again for carpet cleaning. One small improvement that I would like to see: make it easier to schedule by…
Had the tile and grout clean and sealed
I had my entire house cleaned - hardwoods, tile, carpet and area rugs. Margarito was on time and explained everything very well. He was very meticulous, especially with the upholstery cleaning. Their pricing was the best that I had found.
The carpet cleaner showed up on time. He asked what my expectations were and walked through the areas with me. He suggested some additional treatments but there was absolutely to pressure to add them. The carpet came out beautiful and I would estimate that 95% of the stains came out. Very happy with the results.
Trouble free, good cleaning tips and quick drying
The quality of the customer service was great! Our tech did a very thorough job on the pet stained areas.
Zerorez is such a great company! What I like the most is their cleaning representatives are all efficient and well-mannered. The cleaner they use is all natural and is non-toxic! As an interior designer, I use this service for my client's homes as well as my own.
Dre did a good job, was very friendly, and went one step further to remove some stains downstairs in a small area. He didn't have to do it, but made good.l I would use your services again.

I didn’t have high expectations, but was pleasantly surprised! It was so nice to pay for a service that actually was of quality! Dried play doh and navy blue paint was spotted on my carpet from crafts and boy it all came out ! Thank you
Used Zerorez for carpet cleaning. Bought the 3 rooms package. Everything went as described. They arrived in the advertised window. Called 30 minutes ahead. Cleaned up everything in a little over one hour and even managed to get a stain that the previous cleaners were not able to get.

The service person was informative, calling to give estimated time of arrival. He was on time and it was within the window of time originally quoted when service was ordered. Max was friendly and respectful to keeping the area clean before and after cleaning our carpet. Work was done quickly and done well! I am…
I am happy with the cleaning, but not happy with the new $50 "carry on" charge. We live in a first floor apartment. The zero rez truck has always parked below our deck and brought the hoses over the railing and in through the patio door. They now charge for doing this. I don't plan to use zero rez again because of this added charge.
This is the best carpet cleaning company out there. Their treated water is the only thing that really cleans the carpets and does not leave the soaked. I have used them for 8 years now and I have always been impressed with the outcome.
Dominic was friendly, efficient, made good recommendations, and got the job done quick. I appreciate his willingness to wear a mask due to my health conditions and my neighbor was super impressed by the difference in my carpet. My apartment carpet is old and worn and the professional cleaners used by the rental…
Kind and professional workers, and the carpets look amazing!

Second time I've had zero rest to my home first time was awesome so I asked them back second time wasn't so great carpet is about half clean they didn't use the same machine that they used the first time and when I called them they told me now there's an extra charge for that machine and I was never told or I would…
I had a great time working with Zerorez carpet cleaning service. They came on time, did the job perfectly, and took care of most of the stains on the carpet. I will be happy to use their service in the future.
Tucker called ahead of time to let me know he was coming. The original time slot I had set up was 2-7pm but he mentioned he’d be in atv1130-1145. This worked out pretty well for my schedule. He came in a checked for pet stains and we discussed the carpet pad and what the best options were for the stain removal.…

I have used Xeroxex the last 6 years. They do an amazing job. I have referred several friends and realtor to them.
They showed up on time and at the beginning of the appointment window. Discussed the different options and did a great job.
Had used them one time before in the past and was very happy with them and so used them again after a visit by a friend with 3 dogs. First time around they had to come back as a stain had been diluted and spread. They came back readily and fixed it and it cleared. This time, came out, quoted me $149, eventually up…
Tucker arrived on time and was friendly & professional. He explained the process and billing well. Our carpets look beautiful and smell great. The whole process took about 3 1/2 hours. Great job!
Zeroez once again leaves me a completely satisfied customer! The lack of chemicals, the price and professional staff again confirms my enthusiastic support of Zeroez

Stains are gone, very professional service
A couple of weeks after getting my hardwood floors refinished I had Zerorez clean my carpets. The tech put his machine and wand tool down on the floor and stained it the size and shape of the wand tool. I showed the tech and called the office. It took weeks for a manager to get back to me.. They told me to get a…
Great job. We had blackberry (Grandpa and Grandson) and coffee stains. They were all removed. Also a place with very heavy traffic wear. He put something on it and the whole carpet looks brand new!.
He was friendly and did a awesome job. Would recommend to others

They did a really good job cleaning my carpets, would definitely use them again😊
Always easy to schedule, they are timely and mindful when on-premises and the outcome is wonderful - clean without a strong smell, and seems to last through many vacuuming sessions and the normal treading of kids, pets and the occasional spills.
JD was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend JD and Zerorez.
Dominic was professional and friendly and went above and beyond. I wel ask for him next time

Very professional, did a good examination before we started to identify problem spots. 30 year old carpets look like they were installed yesterday!
Courteous and professional. Did a great job cleaning and applying the pre-/post-treatment— and I elected to have the carpet protectant applied. I had an area rug that was questionable to clean, so the technician researched it first as a precaution — excellent service! Would highly recommend Zerorez.
Jay our Technician was very courteous and professional and new exactly what to do for our particular application. Pricing a little high, would have given 5 stars. Carpets are very Clean! Highly recommend.
Wow! If you need tough stains tackled or just a general carpet refresh this is the company! Excellent results with no harsh chemicals, professional, friendly employees and favorable on-time appointments
Had them to come out 4/20/2022. Paid and extra $200.00 for high traffic area which is fine. Not even it's not clean today is 4/23. And the carpet is still soaking wet. They brought us a couple of small fans to dry over a 3,000 sq ft house. This after we took pictures and sent it to them yesterday. And the lady says…
There were so many things that went wrong that day: 1- I was given an arrival window from 10 am - 3:00 pm. First of all I was told your appointment is from 10 to 3, not an arrival window. 2- The person who came, came at 5:00pm. He was responsive to be honest when i called. But i made it clear by the time he gets…
Easy scheduling. Dominic (service tech) was on time and called ahead as promised. He wore booties and a mask, was thorough and efficient. He did an excellent job. The carpets look great! Great job. Great team.
This was my second time using Zerorez. Because I have grandkids and pets that crawl around on the carpet it was important to use a company that doesn’t use harsh chemicals. My carpets look great! This was the first time I had my tile grout cleaned and sealed. I’m so glad I added that service. It looks great! I will use Zerorez every time!
I loved this company and will totally use them again soon.
Friendly, professional technician did a great job on our carpets. The carpet looks and feels new, drying time was fast and the service was top notch.
Always been willing to use a little more elbow grease to make it good.
I’ve used Zerorez in the past and was satisfied with the service however lately I’ve experienced problems with scheduling. I would book an appointment, request a time window, and then as the date approaches would get a text with a completely different time. This happened several times and I finally had to go with…
DJ was great - courteous and hard working. Carpets look great. **As a follow up however - I was charged more than was shown to me at the time of service...I didn't realize this until my credit card bill came a month later. Make sure to check the invoice they send as a follow up. I'm not too pleased with this.
Zerorez did an incredible job of cleaning my mom's carpets that had not been done in at least 10 years. Pet's and people made them dirty over the years and Zerorex restored the carpet to almost new again. Ryan was extremely professional and made it easy on us so thank you!
The technician was very friendly and pleasant. He did a great job! The citrus spray smelled fresh and clean, and I loved that harsh chemicals are not used.
I wrote 2 extensive glowing reviews of my pleasure with the work done in our condo on 6/22/21. Very pleased by all aspects of the service, from explaining how it works to booking the appointment to interaction with the professional to the results. Carpet looks great, and no toxic chemicals used.
After several years of abuse by our naughty, elderly dogs, we needed to get some extreme cleaning done. It was a big and expensive job, but Zerorez made our carpet look youthful again.
