The technician, Kris, did a fantastic job on my whole house carpet cleaning. I'm thrilled with the results. I have white carpet throughout my home, staircases, etc., and they look fantastic. My first time using Zerorez and not my last. I've used other companies in the past and Zerorez has them beat 100%.
Cleaning was so good, I married the Technician! Zerorez cleaned our laminate flooring and couch. Got a stain out I'd been mopping for months and the amount of dirt and nastiness that was pulled out of the couch was incredible!

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He started working and did not stop till done. I added the enzyme spray for my senior dog accidents. I will use them again, they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. VERY HAPPY WITH RESULTS!
