Cannot speak more highly about this company. Last year I had another company clean our carpets and I was so disappointed when they left because they looked about the same/I figured my carpets were just permanently stained. When Zerorez finished however, my carpets look better than they did when I moved into my house!

They comprehensively cleaned and then spot treated our basement carpet. Good follow up too. It took about a month to get our three carpets back and for the technician to come back to redo an area again (at no charge). Overall happy with the company and will use them again.

Kyle did an amazing job! The cleaning was very thorough and the house smells so fresh and clean, including a room that smelled like a cat accident from the previous owners.
