I've used several other carpet cleaning companies in the past but by far Zerorez was the best. The technician was extremely thorough explained, everything, and worked extra hard on some badly stained areas. My entire house was cleaned and it was an excellent job.

Jaylen did a great job cleaning the carpets. He explained everything before hand (as did the person taking my calls). He was very polite and professional. Carpets look great, and dried quickly. No artificial or chemical odors. Charged the same amount as quoted. (Be sure to let them know if your rooms are larger than 200 sq ft. when you call. )
We had both carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. Both experiences were a 10! The techs for the carpet and ducts were very professional and thorough. Only doing 5 stars because the technicians were phenomenal. Mark did my ducts. He was professional and efficient. Gave me a couple pointers and pointed out a small break in my duct work to close up.
