I've used several other carpet cleaning companies in the past but by far Zerorez was the best. The technician was extremely thorough explained, everything, and worked extra hard on some badly stained areas. My entire house was cleaned and it was an excellent job.
Jachai was phenomenal cleaning our carpets today! He was so kind to my little one who wanted to watch the process. Our carpets look brand new and I love knowing our family and pets are never exposed to harsh chemicals.
Once again, great service from Zerorez! Jason and Shamika arrived within the anticipated window and did an amazing job with the upstairs carpet and an old area rug. They were personable and professional, and the carpet looks fantastic!
Zerorez showed up on time and sent to me a text message letting me know of their pending arrival. Larry & Ted did an outstanding job, removing some stains in the carpet from my Cat. Both were very professional and thorough and answered every question that was asked of them.
Cyrus was on time and took extra care to make sure everything was clean.

Guy showed up on time, was quick, professional and able to remove a wax stain another company was unable to get out!
Zerorez did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets today. Communication was a big plus, pricing was fair, the technician was here on time, his name was J. Very courteous, attentive and respectful!!! I highly recommend them!!!
Jaylen did a great job cleaning the carpets. He explained everything before hand (as did the person taking my calls). He was very polite and professional. Carpets look great, and dried quickly. No artificial or chemical odors. Charged the same amount as quoted. (Be sure to let them know if your rooms are larger than 200 sq ft. when you call. )
We had both carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. Both experiences were a 10! The techs for the carpet and ducts were very professional and thorough. Making sure of what our needs were and that we were completely satisfied both before and after the service was performed. Which we are! Thanks to Tez, Mark and Shawn. We definitely recommend Zerorez.
Only doing 5 stars because the technicians were phenomenal. Mark did my ducts. He was professional and efficient. Gave me a couple pointers and pointed out a small break in my duct work to close up. Sean did my carpets and was the same. House smells fresh, they knocked it out of the park. Now onto their scheduling…

We have used their several times. We have a house full of animals and they always do a great job even on our 18+ year old carpet.
The highly trafficked areas of my carpet were dirty and left nasty stains on my grandbabies's and my white socks. My furbaby also pees when she gets anxious. Although I scrubbed the carpet , I couldn't get rid of all the urine smell. Thank God for Zerorez. All of my carpet issues were solved. I'm a satisfied customer indeed!
Very professional and did a great job! Will use again Results last longer than other carpet cleaners I have used. JaChai was professional and knowledgeable
Jachai fabulously cleaned our carpeting today and, again, he and Zerorez left them smelling SO clean and looking really great (for older carpeting!) Zerorez does not use toxic or harsh chemicals or perfumes in the water they clean with. It is all plant based as I understand it for the normal and pet cleaning of the entire carpet. I give them kudos for their ease of online scheduling, upfront pricing and the technician that performed the service (including the timeliness of his arrival). I don't think their pricing was particularly competitive and I can't say that the cleaning was particularly effective. Next time I'd try a more traditional…

Great personality and worker, very professional
Very professional, prompt. Explained everything he was going to do.
I was very pleased with the demeanor of and work performed by the technician who cleaned my carpeting. This was not the typical job.
