I've used several other carpet cleaning companies in the past but by far Zerorez was the best. The technician was extremely thorough explained, everything, and worked extra hard on some badly stained areas. My entire house was cleaned and it was an excellent job.

Jaylen did a great job cleaning the carpets. He explained everything before hand (as did the person taking my calls). He was very polite and professional. Carpets look great, and dried quickly. No artificial or chemical odors. Charged the same amount as quoted. (Be sure to let them know if your rooms are larger than 200 sq ft. when you call. )
We had both carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. Both experiences were a 10! The techs for the carpet and ducts were very professional and thorough. We have used their several times. We have a house full of animals and they always do a great job even on our 18+ year old carpet.
The highly trafficked areas of my carpet were dirty and left nasty stains on my grandbabies's and my white socks. My furbaby also pees when she gets anxious. Although I scrubbed the carpet , I couldn't get rid of all the urine smell. Thank God for Zerorez. All of my carpet issues were solved. I'm a satisfied customer indeed!

Reggie did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet in our basement that had some slight water stains from a leak earlier in the summer. He also cleaned our sun room tile and did an outstanding job there. Highly recommend him and Zerorez.
