Jaylen did a great job cleaning the carpets. He explained everything before hand (as did the person taking my calls). He was very polite and professional. Carpets look great, and dried quickly. No artificial or chemical odors. Charged the same amount as quoted. (Be sure to let them know if your rooms are larger than 200 sq ft. when you call. )
We had both carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. Both experiences were a 10! The techs for the carpet and ducts were very professional and thorough. The highly trafficked areas of my carpet were dirty and left nasty stains on my grandbabies's and my white socks. My furbaby also pees when she gets anxious. Although I scrubbed the carpet , I couldn't get rid of all the urine smell. Thank God for Zerorez. All of my carpet issues were solved. I'm a satisfied customer indeed!

Reggie did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet in our basement that had some slight water stains from a leak earlier in the summer. He also cleaned our sun room tile and did an outstanding job there. Highly recommend him and Zerorez.
