I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from Zerorez. The booking of my appointment on their website was extremely easy. Then confirming and further communications via text messaging was also very smooth. I had no human contact or interchange, until my technician arrived. Typically this would have…

Kudos to Dominic and Jaqueis on my cleaning today. Arrived exactly on time, no nonsense explanation of what they were doing and no trying to sell me stuff I didn't need, got done in less than a half hour, polite guys and very easy experience. Carpet looks clean and fresh enough so far, but I didn't have any…
Very pleased with the cleanliness of my carpets after our service. Technician was on time, polite and explained the whole process.
Very professional and pleasant. Did a great job.
I've used several other carpet cleaning companies in the past but by far Zerorez was the best. The technician was extremely thorough explained, everything, and worked extra hard on some badly stained areas. My entire house was cleaned and it was an excellent job.
Jachai was phenomenal cleaning our carpets today! He was so kind to my little one who wanted to watch the process. Our carpets look brand new and I love knowing our family and pets are never exposed to harsh chemicals.
Once again, great service from Zerorez! Jason and Shamika arrived within the anticipated window and did an amazing job with the upstairs carpet and an old area rug. They were personable and professional, and the carpet looks fantastic!
Zerorez showed up on time and sent to me a text message letting me know of their pending arrival. Larry & Ted did an outstanding job, removing some stains in the carpet from my Cat. Both were very professional and thorough and answered every question that was asked of them.
Cyrus was on time and took extra care to make sure everything was clean.
Great carpet cleaning service and my technician was amazing. Will definitely use for future projects. Also wallet friendly.
Terrific carpet job and vent cleaning services. Great prices and no gimmicks. Appointments and estimates are kept. Employees are courteous and knowledgeable

Zerorez did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets today. Communication was a big plus, pricing was fair, the technician was here on time, his name was J. Very courteous, attentive and respectful!!! I highly recommend them!!!
Jaylen did a great job cleaning the carpets. He explained everything before hand (as did the person taking my calls). He was very polite and professional. Carpets look great, and dried quickly. No artificial or chemical odors. Charged the same amount as quoted. (Be sure to let them know if your rooms are larger than 200 sq ft. when you call. )
We had both carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. Both experiences were a 10! The techs for the carpet and ducts were very professional and thorough. Making sure of what our needs were and that we were completely satisfied both before and after the service was performed. Which we are! Thanks to Tez, Mark and Shawn. We definitely recommend Zerorez.
Only doing 5 stars because the technicians were phenomenal. Mark did my ducts. He was professional and efficient. Gave me a couple pointers and pointed out a small break in my duct work to close up. Sean did my carpets and was the same. House smells fresh, they knocked it out of the park. Now onto their scheduling…
This is the second time we have used zerorez. Jason, our tech was fantastic. The carpets turned out beautiful and the house smells great. And the price is reasonable. Highly recommend.

Zerorez is wonderful from your first phone call till service is finished. Always professional and our technician did a wonderful job of explaining every feature and took his time cleaning the carpets and was very respectful. First carpet cleaning company that I've gone back to and will again in the future.
Tory and Jason did a great job. They were courteous, and professional-even when my dog wasn’t.
We have used their several times. We have a house full of animals and they always do a great job even on our 18+ year old carpet.
The highly trafficked areas of my carpet were dirty and left nasty stains on my grandbabies's and my white socks. My furbaby also pees when she gets anxious. Although I scrubbed the carpet , I couldn't get rid of all the urine smell. Thank God for Zerorez. All of my carpet issues were solved. I'm a satisfied customer indeed!
Very professional and did a great job! Will use again Results last longer than other carpet cleaners I have used. JaChai was professional and knowledgeable
Jachai fabulously cleaned our carpeting today and, again, he and Zerorez left them smelling SO clean and looking really great (for older carpeting!) I have very severe chemical sensitivities and I don’t have to worry about Zerorez because they use citrus oils and hot water to sanitize, clean and beautify our…

Extremely professional and hard-working. The young man that came to my house today cleaned seven carpeted rooms, two sectionals and four bathroom tile floors. He worked continuously and tirelessly the entire time he was here. Everything turned out absolutely fabulous. He was such a breath of fresh air when it comes…
Very nice guy cleaned the carpets. He did a great job.
He did great!
The employees were nice and on time. I was asked to give a review with-in 5 minutes of the job completion, I can't give a higher review until the carpet dries and we see if the stains come back. Since there is no guarantees on stain removal I wouldn't give a 5 star review . Update carpet dried and stains came back.…

We have dogs and learned a wealth of information about carpet care and pets as well! We can’t say enough good things about the job Mark and Zerorez did on our…
