Then confirming and further communications via text messaging was also very smooth. I had no human contact or interchange, until my technician arrived. Typically this would have…
Very pleased with the cleanliness of my carpets after our service. Technician was on time, polite and explained the whole process.
Jachai was phenomenal cleaning our carpets today! He was so kind to my little one who wanted to watch the process. Our carpets look brand new and I love knowing our family and pets are never exposed to harsh chemicals.
I would not recommend this company. I took a full day off work, losing pay, to have my couches and chairs professionally cleaned. Prior to the appointment, these pieces had been shampooed without issue. When the technician arrived, he inspected the furniture by lifting the cushions. He indicated that the couch was…

We have used their several times. We have a house full of animals and they always do a great job even on our 18+ year old carpet.
The highly trafficked areas of my carpet were dirty and left nasty stains on my grandbabies's and my white socks. My furbaby also pees when she gets anxious. Although I scrubbed the carpet , I couldn't get rid of all the urine smell. Thank God for Zerorez. All of my carpet issues were solved. I'm a satisfied customer indeed!
Very professional and did a great job! Will use again Results last longer than other carpet cleaners I have used. JaChai was professional and knowledgeable
Reggie did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet in our basement that had some slight water stains from a leak earlier in the summer. He also cleaned our sun room tile and did an outstanding job there. Highly recommend him and Zerorez.

It was very easy to set up an appointment online. The technician assigned to my appointment was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, on-time, and thorough. I am very pleased. My carpet smells great! I have older "rescued" dogs and (through no fault of their own) they sometimes have accidents that miss the puppy…
