Jachai was phenomenal cleaning our carpets today! He was so kind to my little one who wanted to watch the process. Our carpets look brand new and I love knowing our family and pets are never exposed to harsh chemicals.
I would not recommend this company. I took a full day off work, losing pay, to have my couches and chairs professionally cleaned. Prior to the appointment, these pieces had been shampooed without issue. When the technician arrived, he inspected the furniture by lifting the cushions. He indicated that the couch was…

We have used their several times. We have a house full of animals and they always do a great job even on our 18+ year old carpet.
The highly trafficked areas of my carpet were dirty and left nasty stains on my grandbabies's and my white socks. My furbaby also pees when she gets anxious. Although I scrubbed the carpet , I couldn't get rid of all the urine smell. Thank God for Zerorez. All of my carpet issues were solved. I'm a satisfied customer indeed!
Very professional and did a great job! Will use again Results last longer than other carpet cleaners I have used. JaChai was professional and knowledgeable

Doubled the price quoted. The extras were out of control…and not quoted or discounted the 20%. We have used you numerous times. This time seemed rushed…and very focused on upcharging. Might not use you again.
We had a very unfortunate event between one of my beloved cats and my almost in-laws dogs. We contacted them the morning after it had happened and within a day of contacting them someone was here. We did our best to clean up, but it was clear we needed someone to come in with bigger and better machines + cleaning…
Zerorez does not use toxic or harsh chemicals or perfumes in the water they clean with. It is all plant based as I understand it for the normal and pet cleaning of the entire carpet. It looked absolutely beautiful when they finished and I wished I knew about this company to do it years earlier. The tech was on time,…

Just ok. Originally got a quote for $220 for three rooms. When he arrived it went up to $350 for one room and stairs/landing. He recommended a pet stain remover which added $150.
