I would not recommend this company. I took a full day off work, losing pay, to have my couches and chairs professionally cleaned. Prior to the appointment, these pieces had been shampooed without issue. When the technician arrived, he inspected the furniture by lifting the cushions. He indicated that the couch was…
We have used their several times. We have a house full of animals and they always do a great job even on our 18+ year old carpet.
Zerorez was in constant contact after I set the appointment. They were able to get us an earlier appointment when it opened up. Freddie was prompt, courteous and professional, and took every measure possible to make sure our upholstery were clean.
Carpet looks great, nice work!
Extremely professional and hard-working. The young man that came to my house today cleaned seven carpeted rooms, two sectionals and four bathroom tile floors. He worked continuously and tirelessly the entire time he was here. Everything turned out absolutely fabulous. He was such a breath of fresh air when it comes…
Great clean outcome! My carpet was extremely dirty.. not now!
Willie was the nicest guy and so professional I think I’ve ever had. Willy was considerate, talkative, very, very businesslike also, and explained everything what to do while the carpet is drying.!
Pleasant experience. Job well done and technician was professional and easy to work with.
It was very easy to set up an appointment online. The technician assigned to my appointment was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, on-time, and thorough. I am very pleased. My carpet smells great! I have older "rescued" dogs and (through no fault of their own) they sometimes have accidents that miss the puppy…
Jason did a great job with stain removal and overall cleaning of couch and chair.
The ZeroRez team member arrived on time and was very professional. Our carpets and upholstery look as good as new! We will definitely use them again.
Shared info for me when asking questions how to keep clean.
They did a great job, my sectional looks like new!
Sidney did a great job and really took the time to be thorough.
Derian was very professional and informative! He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived within the expected appointment window. He was very friendly and helpful when it came to determining which services were best for me. Everything looks and smells great! Very happy with the results and would absolutely schedule again!
Our technician was very polite and respectful. He thoroughly reviewed the itemized charges with us prior to beginning. The carpets are clean with pet stains removed.
Remington was friendly, thorough, and professional. I would use this service again
Today was my first time using Zerorez. The technician was prompt, courteous and very professional. When he arrived we inspected my furniture together. He then reconfirmed the prices I was originally quoted to clean and sanitize my sofa sleeper and oversized chair. He explained the cleaning process, how long it will…
Reggie was wonderful to work with. Asked questions and provided excellent advice and service. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
The gentleman that cleaned our carpets, and upholstery, Remington, was very professional and did a great job. We will definitely use their services in the future.
