Prior to the appointment, these pieces had been shampooed without issue. When the technician arrived, he inspected the furniture by lifting the cushions. He indicated that the couch was…
We have used their several times. We have a house full of animals and they always do a great job even on our 18+ year old carpet.
Zerorez was in constant contact after I set the appointment. They were able to get us an earlier appointment when it opened up. Freddie was prompt, courteous and professional, and took every measure possible to make sure our upholstery were clean.
Carpet looks great, nice work!
Extremely professional and hard-working. The young man that came to my house today cleaned seven carpeted rooms, two sectionals and four bathroom tile floors. He worked continuously and tirelessly the entire time he was here. Everything turned out absolutely fabulous. He was such a breath of fresh air when it comes…
Great clean outcome! My carpet was extremely dirty.. not now!
Willie was the nicest guy and so professional I think I’ve ever had. Willy was considerate, talkative, very, very businesslike also, and explained everything what to do while the carpet is drying.!
Pleasant experience. Job well done and technician was professional and easy to work with.
It was very easy to set up an appointment online. The technician assigned to my appointment was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, on-time, and thorough. I am very pleased. Today was my first time using Zerorez. The technician was prompt, courteous and very professional. When he arrived we inspected my furniture together. He then reconfirmed the prices I was originally quoted to clean and sanitize my sofa sleeper and oversized chair. He explained the cleaning process, how long it will…

The two reasons I would recommend this company is because of Dustin and because of the end results. Dustin was professional, worked so hard to make our couch and carpets look nice, he thoroughly explained everything and took pride in his work. I’ve had many companies steam clean our carpets and they always look nice…
