I would not recommend this company. I took a full day off work, losing pay, to have my couches and chairs professionally cleaned. Prior to the appointment, these pieces had been shampooed without issue. When the technician arrived, he inspected the furniture by lifting the cushions. He indicated that the couch was…
We have used their several times. We have a house full of animals and they always do a great job even on our 18+ year old carpet.

So my older dog wears a diaper and we usually have the chair protected with a sheet, but some urine accidentally leaked out on a day there wasn't a sheet on the chair. There's no visible stain, it doesn't smell, but I mentioned (because they advertise for it) that I would like it treated for pet urine bc I just…
I loved the service that Darrion and Jason gave. They both were very professional, polite. I also needed an area rug cleaned in which they would have had to take back to the building to cleaned, by their Bridgeton office relocating this week they will have to come back to pick the rug up after moving. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

I was hit with a severe asthma attack that was triggered while I was cleaning some very nice, high-quality furniture that had been in storage that we were gifted. When I made my appointment the availability was so far out, I asked the representative who took my call if they had a cancellation list, he told me yes and he would add me to it. Remington was very polite and pleasant to work with. He made sure I understood everything clearly and asked multiple times if I had any questions for him. I think our guy did a good job -a little concerned that there is no plastic under the furniture legs
Carpets look great. The technicians were personable and respectful. They stayed naked the entire time. Great thanks!
Our carpets look amazing! Sedrick was our technician and he was really great! He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and efficient. He made recommendations based on our needs and stains and didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t need. My only regret is that I waited this long to clean them! It’s definitely worth every penny!
We have used different cleaners in the past. This company was hands down the best we have ever used. They were very polite and responsive from begging to end. The cleaning is far and away, better than anyone else we have used!!!
Super friendly and seemed quick and easy just waiting to see how clean the couches look when they are dry.
