All good here once again. Timothy gave thorough explanation and did a super job. I might add he arrived on time, very professional and personable. I wouldn't call anyone but Zerorez for carpet cleaning, been using them for 20 years now.
Travis provided exceptional service today. We added a few extras, such as the Bioclean for a few areas. My husband and I are really happy with how clean it looks. We've used this company before and have always been happy with the results.

I'm leaving this review before my carpets and rug have dried. This review is left in regards to the technician Carter. I am very picky and Carter was very polite and patient with me.
