Great experience every time! Carpet and tile/grout cleaning, everything is so clean! Timothy was punctual, friendly, and explained everything he was doing. Thanks Timothy and Zerorez!
Timothy did a fantastic job on our stairs and upstairs, would absolutely recommend him and Zerorez to anyone looking!
Travis was a wonderful tech! He explained what all he was going to do, how the carpet should look, expectations of what they could and could not do. We were wanting it cleaned to see if the carpet needed replacing, it came out PERFECT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!! Saved us a lot of money not replacing it!!
Thank you, Timothy, from Zero Rez for going above and beyond! After another cleaning service didn’t remove the cat odor from our carpets, he went the extra mile in making sure all pet dander and odor was removed by spraying extra thoroughly for us. He even did some of my room free of charge! Kind and quality service!!

I am completely satisfied and happy with the results. The tech explained the process he recommended to remove pet odors. Zerorez uses no chemicals, only natural ingredients...no worries to void carpet warranties. It's like having a new carpet. Thanks Zerorez. Great job.
Thank you Zerorez and the professional technician Timothy. I was called when they're on their way; which I appreciate, Timothy was very polite and so informative explaining every single step to me. Their cleaning process did a marvelous job on my carpet - made it look brand new. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
We have used Zerorez twice now and highly recommend their services! They were on time, had clear communication, were willing to work with a budget, and got the job done quickly. Joseph cleaned three bedrooms and an office along with the stairs and a rug, and did an excellent job! He handled himself with professionalism and relatability and looked sharp.
Travis provided exceptional service today. We added a few extras, such as the Bioclean for a few areas. My husband and I are really happy with how clean it looks. We've used this company before and have always been happy with the results.
We have used Zerorez since 1990 and every time has been outstanding. Today’s technician, Timothy, is the best one yet. Polite, direct with information, and the job he did is great. I always recommend Zerorez carpet cleaning to family, friends and neighbors as reliable, efficient and delivers a great professional job.
Timothy with Zerorez arrived timely(even a little early). He was extremely friendly and professional, explaining the processes he would be using and expected timelines for cleaning and subsequent drying. I found his work to be high quality and well worth the charges.
Great service and technician was amazing!
