Technician was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience. Carpets look great.
Hiring this company was a mistake. They didn't clean any better than my personal cleaner, probably not even as well. Spots that were there, still are. Traffic areas aren't any lighter. They didn't move any of the living room furniture, even after being told they do. Definitely call someone else.
Excellent Service and professionalism. I will recommend every I know to use Zerorez for the services they offer 👍🏿

First time using Zerorez… very happy with everything about our appointment.
Eric did a very professional job and excellent work on our carpet. He went above and beyond in performing the task at hand.
The young man wanted more money to do the cleaning, I talked about in the beginning the area rugs and oder treatment for the job. The ad was $109.00 for three rooms + cleaning solutions where now $241.00 cleaning two small area rugs would have been $355.00, you live and learn.
Amazing! It went by super fast, and the carpet looms amazing. Great workers and great service. Highly recommend!
We’ve used their carpet cleaning services twice now. Both times very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Sheldon for providing excellent customer service.
Excellent job, thank you. Very professional and cared about the service that was provided.
My second time using Zerorez. Love the results. My service person was very kind and polite. Will use again next year.
Apparently not experienced enough to handle anything tougher than simple everyday stuff and had no answers or solutions to offer for anything, very ineffective and poor service.
Great company! Good prices! Worked with me on pushing appointment due to house closing time pushed later. Carpet looks and smells great! Very friendly and funny! Can't get any better than that!
Highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning needs! Sheldon was on time, professional and efficient in getting 5 rooms + a hallway thoroughly cleaned.
As for the quality and the value, I will have to wait and see how it holds up to life.
Excellent Excellent Work ! Great price and very professional ! Nick worked very very hard - - sprayed the ‘spots’ etc ! Looks just great Carpet is 12 years old and lots of traffic sometimes - - bit it looks very much better ! Thank you !

Sheldon did a great job on carpets and loveseat. He explained everything very well. Very nice gentleman
I hired Zerorez to clean the carpets in my home to prepare to sell. There were mystery stains in one room and pet stains in others. I was sure I'd have to replace some of the carpet but Zerorez was able to get ALL the stains out! I'd recommend this company for any carpet cleaning needs you have!
Great job, very thorough and took his time. Explained everything and considered the situation and my property carefully. Thank you
I had my air ducts cleaned on Thursday and carpets cleaned on Friday. Both of the techs were super friendly professional. On time and called before they were on their way. Made sure I was aware that I had any problems questions or concerns feel free to call them.
This was a second time using Zerorez and they did an outstanding job, yet again! Would highly recommend them to anyone needing a good carpet cleaning!
My wife will be happy. 🙂
Very professional and quick
Wonderful experience with ZeroRez! The person answering the phone was very polite & explained the whole process. I called the day before my service to see if I could add on two more carpeted rooms or if I would have to make another appointment. (Originally only having tile cleaned.) The person on the phone was…
ZeroRes did an excellent job getting the dust out of our vents. I can breathe better! They also removed all of the lint from our dryer vent. Not long ago they cleaned our carpet and did a fantastic job. The employees are very friendly. I highly recommend this company for the needs of your home!
Technician was very professional. Asked if I had any problem areas or questions. Very prompt and the carpet looks like new. Thank you Zerorez
Carpet seems like it was decently cleaned from what I can see… which is 2 rooms out of 10. The rest are still too wet 6 hours later and I can’t see them yet. My biggest problems are my brand new 15k polish white porcelain floor that has footprints and residue from the technician all over it which I’m going to have…

Great place
Jeremy arrived on time and did a thorough job. He was fast friendly and effective. This was the kind of carpet cleaning experience we all want. UPDATE- now I'm a repeat customer - I'm still very happy with them and they are definitely my go to moving forward for the foreseeable future.
The technician looked at all the areas to be cleaned, then listed the options available as well as his recommendations. I am very pleased with the results!
Johny is very knowledgeable and courteous. I felt he went above and beyond expectations of service
We had ZeroRez clean our carpets before we listed our home. They were awesome and thorough. We liked them so much we just had them back to clean our dining room chairs and they did an amazing job on that too. Very courteous and professional.
