How refreshing to find a business that is prompt to respond to an inquiry, prompt to schedule, prompt to show up, feel like you are in expert hands throughout the cleaning. Shout out to Austin. If he doesn't own the business, he should !
Joseph was fast, friendly and professional. And very knowledgeable.

Joseph was very the thorough and did a great job on our carpet. We wish he had business cards so we could give them to friends and family.
My grandmother called them to clean the carpet. Guy spent barely any time cleaning the carpet. I ran my residential grade carpet cleaner later and the water came out very brown and dirty, like nobody had cleaned it. Not sure what the point of calling a pro carpet cleaner is if they don't actually clean the carpet
Great customer service! Nate was excellent from job start to finish. Explained everything well throughout the entire process. He was timely, friendly and honest about what to expect. Will use Zerorex again in the future!
Nate was fantastic! He arrived at the stated time and did everything he explained he was going to do. Our carpet looks great!

5-14-2026 Unfortunately our 2nd experience was not good. We have spots still left in the main room along with the carpet not feeling completely rinsed in areas. Sheldon and Zerorez knocked out my home carpet cleaning job in a matter of 45 minutes and did the fabulous job of spot treatment and deep clean that I needed for myself and two standard poodles. Will always call this company for the good experience I’ve had for 5+ years of deep cleaning.

The technician was very responsive and communicated about his arrival time. He was very quick, but explained the process in detail. I would highly recommend! The carpets look amazing.
The rep didn’t show up during 2 hour window. I scheduled a second meeting and he showed up late. Upon arrival, the rep reviewed the scope and we confirmed the fee. After completing the project, the rep attempted to overcharge. In addition I was planning to have them take a rug and clean however I am going to…
The technician was prompt, very thorough, polite, and explained everything. This is the best carpet cleaning business I have ever used and this is my 4th time using their service.

Eric, the service guy, was very personable and knowledgeable about carpets. I was very impressed with how the carpets in both bedrooms looked after they were cleaned. I will definitely use ZeroRez again.

great service
Exceptional Job!!! Will definitely use again!
Carpets look great!! Love their service and cleaning without chemicals.
One star is too much. Hired them to do 3 pieces of furniture and 3 rooms. Paid the oversized room fee. Total accident 2 days after they "cleaned" we had a spill. Grabbed the spot cleaner and it pulled up the nastiest brown water ever. I emailed them and have been ignored for almost 2 weeks. Good luck and check their alleged work.
If you are looking for a carpet/tile/air duct cleaning company, this is the one! They have been professional, courteous, and punctual every single time, I've used their services! I'll recommended them every time!
The previous owner had pets and I could not get rid of the smell even after cleaning the carpet myself. Zero Rez solved that issue...
The technician was very friendly. He explained everything very well. We appreciated his professionalism.
Best carpet cleaning service in Oklahoma! Keith and Shelton were hard working and very efficient. They were able to get out some gnarly stains and our upstairs carpet looks brand new again. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Have used Zero Rez annually for 14 years. They always deliver consistent, outstanding quality service. The technicians are always knowledgeable, courteous and professional. And the zero Rez method of cleaning is far and away better than any other carpet cleaning system I have ever used.
Our guy, I believe his name was Logan, was super professional, explained the process and gave us estimates on our rugs and upholstery. We were very pleased with his work and knowledge. We will be using him again! Our carpets look great and feel clean!
This was the second time I’ve used Zerorez for my carpet cleaning needs and the difference between last year and this year was obvious. Did they do a good job? Yes they did. BUT. Will I use them again after my experience this week? No probably not. Why? Because rather than just cleaning my carpets and area rug I was…
