How refreshing to find a business that is prompt to respond to an inquiry, prompt to schedule, prompt to show up, feel like you are in expert hands throughout the cleaning. Shout out to Austin. If he doesn't own the business, he should !
Joseph was fast, friendly and professional. And very knowledgeable.
Zerorez does an fabulous job at deep cleaning leaving little residue on the carpets. My technician (Dade) was friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased!
Timothy was very professional and personable at the same time. House smells amazingly fresh. I can’t stop walking in and out to smell it lol will definitely use and recommend this place over and over.
Dade did an excellent job by first looking over the areas we needed cleaned and then explaining how he would clean the carpet and how long it should take then he worked hard and did everything in an awesome way. We are so happy with Zerorez and will be using them again.

Joseph was very the thorough and did a great job on our carpet. We wish he had business cards so we could give them to friends and family.
My grandmother called them to clean the carpet. Guy spent barely any time cleaning the carpet. I ran my residential grade carpet cleaner later and the water came out very brown and dirty, like nobody had cleaned it. Not sure what the point of calling a pro carpet cleaner is if they don't actually clean the carpet
Great customer service! Nate was excellent from job start to finish. Explained everything well throughout the entire process. He was timely, friendly and honest about what to expect. Will use Zerorex again in the future!
Nate was fantastic! He arrived at the stated time and did everything he explained he was going to do. Our carpet looks great!

5-14-2026 Unfortunately our 2nd experience was not good. We have spots still left in the main room along with the carpet not feeling completely rinsed in areas. Sheldon and Zerorez knocked out my home carpet cleaning job in a matter of 45 minutes and did the fabulous job of spot treatment and deep clean that I needed for myself and two standard poodles. Will always call this company for the good experience I’ve had for 5+ years of deep cleaning.
