Joseph was awesome! He was very kind and efficient.
10/10 cleaning and service! We have a large sectional made of Crypton fabric. I did a lot of research on upholstery cleaning companies that could handle this specific fabric without ruining the furniture, and Zerorez was the only one that had experienced technicians who could explain their process, do’s and don’t’s,…
He was very nice and very informative. I will definitely use them again.
We had 3 sofas cleaned by technician Dade, who did an incredible and thorough job. Two of the sofas are almost 10 years old and get a lot of wear and tear with 3 dogs and 2 young boys. He worked incredibly hard to get them looking their best. Great customer service, friendly, and we are very pleased with the…
Trinity did a GREAT JOB! On time and did a very thorough cleaning.

Ordered the service for my elderly neighbor. Absolutely great service. Very happy with results. The rooms are very large with. heavy soils. The sofa cleaned up great.
Technician (Sheldon) checked to make sure he knew type of upholstery fabric and what cleaning process would be appropriate for my 2 recliners and explained why before starting. The chairs and my carpet look great. Very satisfied!
Absolutely amazing service! Sheldon arrived on time and was very professional. I will definitely refer and use Sheldon again. Thank you! Shon S.

Nice and efficient
Showed up on time. Explained what he was doing and what we needed to do afterward. Excellent job.Very professional.
Nate serviced our home and was on-time, kind, and easy to work with! Our sectional looks like new and Nate explained the process and pricing clearly! I shopped around before choosing them and the price was reasonable. *+Bonus points to the company for having a person answering the phone instead of an automated phone system+*
Brandon did an excellent job on my furniture and my floors. I have used Zerorez for several years, and will continue to do so.
Very satisfied with Wade, Technician. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about cleaning the different fabrics and textures. I will be using them again for all my upholstery cleanings. Thank You!!
John was both professional and informative. I was a first time customer and am excited to work with Zerorez more in the future.

The guy was very nice and informative. Carpets and couches look amazing! I would recommend them for sure!
The gentleman did a very good job of cleaning my carpets and taking care of some other essential needs. Highly recommend this company
The gentleman showed up on time after checking in with me previously. He did a great job cleaning both an off white upholstered chair and area rug.
The technician from zero Rez Sheldon was very informative and respectful. I bought a couch at ann estate sale and it had evidently been in a house that had cats. He explained what they could do and what they couldn’t and then worked on the couch out my driveway in the heat and never complained.
Way over priced for what I received. This is the second time we’ve used this company. The first time was good. There were a few spots that I understand couldn’t be removed. We have a big family and animals so there’s bound to be some stubborn stains. Had them come out this time and the service was way different. I…
I am always so impressed with the technicians. They do such a great job.
Cleaned 3 wall to walls w/closets plus 2 upholstered chairs. Got red dirt stains out of light colored carpet.
Sheldon was great. He called ahead, explained the process, finished in a timely fashion and gave me some tips on keeping up maintenance on rugs and upholstery. Will use the service again and will recommend to others.
Today was the second time I used Zerorez. I'm thrilled with the work Wade did today on my sectional and kitchen tile. He was thorough and made some helpful suggestions. Such a nice guy! I'll continue to use Zerorez. He was also on time and efficient. Thanks Wade!
Great experience! Will use the company again!
Amazing experience. Our tech was so nice and thorough. Properly cleaned our carpets, sofa, and mattress.
Zerorez never disappoints. I only needed my couches cleaned, and they delivered. I have used Zerorez for all of my floor and furniture cleaning, and they ALWAYS deliver. Could not be happier! Very professional. Wade always works hard to insure my satisfaction. Will definitely use again! I highly recommend Zerorez and Wade for your cleaning needs.
Always have them come every 6 mos to keep the carpets refreshed! Especially with pets!! James has been the service tech the last 2 times and he’s just the kindest, most thorough - and he remembers things that we chatted about last time. Our dog is also a fan of his!
I’ve used Zerorez for the last few years and they never disappoint! They always do a very thorough, detailed job. Thank you so much Wade 👍
They were so awesome and did an excellent job!!!! Carpet, tile and couches are great!
I’ve now had Zerorez come out to my house 4 different times over the 4 years I’ve lived in my home; each time for a different thing. Great company. Awesome people. Always grateful for their help, knowledge and friendliness. Nate did my carpets this go around, and he spent time understanding my goals and then…
Nate was professional yet personal. Made fast work of cleaning my carpets and upholstered furniture. I highly recommend!
Work is always very well done and employees very professional. Tech took the time necessary to do the job completely.
Zerorez proactively reached out to me before the appointment to confirm the services I needed. On the day of service, the technician communicated that he was on his way, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job for us. Our couch looks and smells like new!
The guy who cleaned our couch and loveseat was really nice and professional. He did a thorough job and now our furniture smells great and looks really clean!
Johnny showed up on time, in uniform, and wore PPE at my request. He was extremely respectful of our property and worked diligently on some of the more stubborn carpet stains. He even humored me by listening to my old Army stories. Great job Johnny and Zerorez.
Our technician was very professional, helpful and informative of the process. He arrived on time and kept in touch about our appointment and arrival time.
Nate was very detailed and was super respectful of being in someone else’s home.

I'm leaving this review before my carpets and rug have dried. This review is left in regards to the technician Carter. I am very picky and Carter was very polite and patient with me.
Really happy how everything turned. Big thank you to my technician who was so detailed, caring and willing to go an extra step to make sure things were as expected. Thank you.
I’ve used zerorez to clean my rugs 3 times. The first time was not good, the second time was great, and the third time was not good. So I’m giving up on this company! I also emailed the company when I was asked for my feedback and got an email saying someone would reach out to me. I never heard from them. Not only…
Working with ZeroRez was a breeze! Their prices are amazing and the person who cleaned our home was amazingly professional, engaging, and worked hard. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
