Joseph was awesome! He was very kind and efficient.
10/10 cleaning and service! We have a large sectional made of Crypton fabric. I did a lot of research on upholstery cleaning companies that could handle this specific fabric without ruining the furniture, and Zerorez was the only one that had experienced technicians who could explain their process, do’s and don’t’s,…
He was very nice and very informative. I will definitely use them again.
We had 3 sofas cleaned by technician Dade, who did an incredible and thorough job. Two of the sofas are almost 10 years old and get a lot of wear and tear with 3 dogs and 2 young boys. He worked incredibly hard to get them looking their best. Great customer service, friendly, and we are very pleased with the…

Nate serviced our home and was on-time, kind, and easy to work with! Our sectional looks like new and Nate explained the process and pricing clearly! I shopped around before choosing them and the price was reasonable. *+Bonus points to the company for having a person answering the phone instead of an automated phone system+*
Brandon did an excellent job on my furniture and my floors. I have used Zerorez for several years, and will continue to do so.
Very satisfied with Wade, Technician. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about cleaning the different fabrics and textures. I will be using them again for all my upholstery cleanings. Thank You!!

The gentleman did a very good job of cleaning my carpets and taking care of some other essential needs. Highly recommend this company
The gentleman showed up on time after checking in with me previously. He did a great job cleaning both an off white upholstered chair and area rug.
The technician from zero Rez Sheldon was very informative and respectful. I bought a couch at ann estate sale and it had evidently been in a house that had cats. He explained what they could do and what they couldn’t and then worked on the couch out my driveway in the heat and never complained.
Way over priced for what I received. This is the second time we’ve used this company. The first time was good. There were a few spots that I understand couldn’t be removed. We have a big family and animals so there’s bound to be some stubborn stains. Had them come out this time and the service was way different. I…
I am always so impressed with the technicians. They do such a great job.
Cleaned 3 wall to walls w/closets plus 2 upholstered chairs. Got red dirt stains out of light colored carpet.
Sheldon was great. He called ahead, explained the process, finished in a timely fashion and gave me some tips on keeping up maintenance on rugs and upholstery. Will use the service again and will recommend to others.

Always have them come every 6 mos to keep the carpets refreshed! Especially with pets!! James has been the service tech the last 2 times and he’s just the kindest, most thorough - and he remembers things that we chatted about last time. Our dog is also a fan of his!
I’ve used Zerorez for the last few years and they never disappoint! They always do a very thorough, detailed job. Thank you so much Wade 👍
They were so awesome and did an excellent job!!!! Carpet, tile and couches are great!
I’ve now had Zerorez come out to my house 4 different times over the 4 years I’ve lived in my home; each time for a different thing. Great company. Awesome people. Johnny showed up on time, in uniform, and wore PPE at my request. He was extremely respectful of our property and worked diligently on some of the more stubborn carpet stains. He even humored me by listening to my old Army stories. Great job Johnny and Zerorez.

I'm leaving this review before my carpets and rug have dried. This review is left in regards to the technician Carter. I am very picky and Carter was very polite and patient with me.
Really happy how everything turned. Big thank you to my technician who was so detailed, caring and willing to go an extra step to make sure things were as expected. Thank you.
I’ve used zerorez to clean my rugs 3 times. The first time was not good, the second time was great, and the third time was not good. So I’m giving up on this company! I also emailed the company when I was asked for my feedback and got an email saying someone would reach out to me. I never heard from them. Not only…

Nick was great! He called and told me he’d be there in 45 min and showed up on time! Tested a spot on my couch to make sure it was going to work and completed the job in a timely manner! Highly recommend!
The cleaning technician arrived on time and was incredibly kind and helpful in explaining my options for my sectional. He did a thorough job with my sofa! I’d take a photo of it but it’s already covered with plastic to protect it while it’s moved. I would recommend this service to a friend, even an enemy.
Great experience. Our pets are hard on our carpet, but it looks & smells fantastic in here after having Zerorez in. We won’t use anyone else.
I have used Zerorez twice now. I have tried four different carpet cleaning companies and they are by far the best. Very thorough. Good attention to detail. I recommend and will use zerorez again.
They were right on time, very thorough, professional, and did a great job.
Jacob was amazing! He got slime out of my couch that has been there for two years!!!!
Our dog got very sick and vomited on all 3 pieces of our sectional including the back! I wasn’t sure they could save one of the pieces, but not only did they get the couches clean, they look like new. The smell is gone and they look amazing! Our tech wasn’t sure he could get the worst one clean either, but instead…

We had ZeroRez clean our carpets before we listed our home. They were awesome and thorough. We liked them so much we just had them back to clean our dining room chairs and they did an amazing job on that too. Very courteous and professional.
Fantastic
Edit: 1/7/23 I had them come clean my rug, loveseat, and two accent chairs in my new office space. Technician was 30 minutes late, but still finished in alloted timeframe. He was pleasant, tried his best to clean rather dirty upholstery, and did a good job. My only issue is, even after offering help moving items, he…
Our technician was informative, professional and took great care of our needs.
The rep didn’t show up during 2 hour window. I scheduled a second meeting and he showed up late. Upon arrival, the rep reviewed the scope and we confirmed the fee. After completing the project, the rep attempted to overcharge. In addition I was planning to have them take a rug and clean however I am going to…

My headboard now looks new and clean! Very thorough, great communication, and professional. 10/10 would definitely hire them again!
One star is too much. Hired them to do 3 pieces of furniture and 3 rooms. Paid the oversized room fee. Total accident 2 days after they "cleaned" we had a spill. Grabbed the spot cleaner and it pulled up the nastiest brown water ever. I emailed them and have been ignored for almost 2 weeks. Good luck and check their alleged work.
Keith was very professional and performed the cleaning just as he explained.
I won’t be calling anyone else… hands down the best service we have ever received. Courteous, professional and our sectional smells and looks amazing!
Brittany was our technician she was wonderful
The guys were on time, very nice, and answered all my questions!
The technician was very nice to work with, and very professional. The cat had done a bad bad thing on my sofa in several places. The sofa looks spotless, and there was a light scent while being cleaned that smelled really good. I know cat urine is the worst, so praying no smells return. There is no odor now.
We had the technician check for animal urine even though the previous home owner said he didn’t have any pets. Long story short…. he did! Hayden, our technician was a very nice professional young man. It took two days to complete this large project of cleaning and treating carpet in 3 rooms and bonus room, master…

I talked with ZeroRez on Monday or Tuesday and got an appt for this Friday, which is today! Scheduled to arrive between 3-6pm. From expensive, custom furniture upholstered in linen, cotton and bouclè, everything exceeded my expectations. My furniture was barely damp when finished, which means that…

The young man that came to service us was very detailed and very thorough. He explained his process and made sure we understood everything and asked if we had any questions or any concerns and if we need any additional services that he could add while he was there. He was very respectful and professional. Highly recommend this company
They found our real floors under all this Oklahoma red clay and the carpets are great. And they even did our tiled walk on shower spotless job and the grout is all pretty again! Even got the hard water stains off the door! Ty we will be singing your praises and using you again. Great guy professional, friendly, and interactive!
Eric was friendly and did a great job. He got all the stains out of our rugs and chairs. They look and smell great.
