Gerald came out and did an excellent job. He called me ahead which I appreciated so much. All the things he cleaned looked so bright and clean! The only downside is that it is a bit more pricey than just the regular steam cleaning.

Wow! I love carpet in certain rooms, but you have to keep them clean. I think we do a pretty good job vacuuming and spot cleaning. I had James come out from Zerorez and I was amazed at how much fresher the house seemed and the carpets looked amazing. He did my whole house in just over an hour! I will have them come back.

Well, I need management to call me. I was lied to, ripped off and they didn’t do what they said they would do. Had silk and wool rug cleaned supposedly. Same stains on it when they brought it back.. Half way cleaned my couch and the rest of my carpet. I want a refund. When I call I get the run around and no answers. Never again. $1500 wasted.
I’ve been using Zerorez for years and they are the best! Carpet looks like new when they are done, and the whole house smells fresh. The best part is they are pet and kid friendly and there is no sticky residue left on the carpet like with other cleaners.

Zerorez did a fine job cleaning my carpets and I was going to give five stars, but I realized after he left that he drove through my yard as he was coming in and out of my driveway, leaving a deep rut in the newly reseeded lawn.
