They were on time, the technician was very nice and communicated charges clearly, and my carpets look great.
James with Zerorez was great! He came out for a follow-up treatment, took the time to thoroughly assess everything, and identified an additional area that needed attention. He walked me through the process, explained everything clearly, and was professional and thorough. Really appreciated his attention to detail…
Zerorez worked hard to clean the tough spots and they were on time and professional.
Quick, thorough and reasonable. I’ll use your service again. Thank you
Prompt professional courteous informativeii I I did not finish my review before I was thanked and it disappeared, so I wanted to give Kwami a high five recommendation. Your company has cleaned my carpet before but NO ONE has ever done such a good job. Don't ever let him leave. The next time I need it cleaned I'll ask for him specifically!
Joe was very nice and professional and my carpet looks almost new!

Tae was wonderful, excellent customer service and high integrity. Thank you!
I thought the service was fantastic by Carson. He was professional and extremely helpful and courteous. The person I spoke with prior that I scheduled the cleaning with was misleading as to the price of adding an additional area rug to be cleaned which resulted in one less star. Be transparent with pricing as the…
Carson, my tech cleaner, was very professional, explained the cleaning process and pricing, to me. He was very courteous, worked very hard and left my carpets floors, and chairs very clean! I was very happy with my service!!!

Great service.
Our specialist ( Xander) did a great job. We began with a walkthrough and discussed the areas that needed attention. I have two big dogs and they tend to get excited and occasionally wreaked havoc on my carpet. Xander gave me recommendations regarding treatments and used several tools to show up the state of the…

William and Michael did an amazing job on my sectional couch and 2 area rugs. They made sure to address all my needs for getting couch and rugs very clean. They were detail oriented and very professional. I would highly recommend either of these guys to do the job again when needed.
Always easy to schedule and receive great service from Zerorez - from air duct cleaning to carpets and even area rugs that are taken away cleaned and delivered back to us! Thank you!
Gerald came out and did an excellent job. He called me ahead which I appreciated so much. All the things he cleaned looked so bright and clean! The only downside is that it is a bit more pricey than just the regular steam cleaning.
Great service, place looks great, came right on time
Joe was early which was appreciated and he was very good. He was very careful and reviewed the cleaning instructions on the furniture and determined he couldn’t do it as it would have ruined my furniture. He was honest, did a great job on the rug and the carpet cleaning in my bedroom. Excellent job
Technician was wonderful! Area rugs have new life!
I had carpets cleaned in 5 rooms in my house plus an area rug and a special application of a carpet preserver in my basement rooms. The tech was efficient, answered all questions and completed the work in a couple of hours—quicker than expected. Carpets look refreshed. Pleased with the work.
Donte was helpful and pleasant to have here. Well done!
Onesimus did an excellent job explaining the steps clearly and cleaning our carpets. He made sure we were satisfied with the results before leaving. He was on time and gave us a call 20mins before arrival. Great work overall.

We keep coming back to use Zerorez. Booking is so easy online and payment is transparent so there's never been an issue with surprise costs. It is also easy to get hold of someone in person should cahnges be made. We've also been highly impressed by the professional technicians sent out. This previous time,…
Tyler was very professional and did a great job cleaning our carpets before our move:
Had my carpet cleaned and sent in 2 rugs to be cleaned. The rugs took about a month to get returned. Everyone was very polite on the phone and in person.
Transparent pricing, quick and easy to schedule cleaning experience was phenomenal. Courteous, thoughtful and thorough. Our carpets and til look brand new.

We had 7 area rugs in various sizes cleaned as prep to move, our technician Gerald was friendly, prompt, and a great communicator
I recently had ZeroRes clean my carpets, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. As an owner of multiple pets, I had several areas where accidents had left stains and odors that I was concerned might never come out. Kwame from ZeroRes was extremely thorough and took the time to clean those areas…
Very professional technician, very personable and explained exactly what he was doing and what we needed to do once he left.
I give 5 stars for all aspects of this process. From scheduling through the finished cleaning, we are 100% pleased. Excellent job! The technician was kind, enthusiastic and very thorough!
Great service! Thank you

Great professional experience! I appreciate the timeliness and ease of the process and cleaning!
Wow! I love carpet in certain rooms, but you have to keep them clean. I think we do a pretty good job vacuuming and spot cleaning. I had James come out from Zerorez and I was amazed at how much fresher the house seemed and the carpets looked amazing. He did my whole house in just over an hour! I will have them come back.
Fantastic work on our upstairs carpet. All of the bedrooms look brand new and the pet treatment turned out great. Thanks again!
Great with explaining treatment process and maintenance of carpet. He was also polite, professional and friendly
Everyone that came today did a very thorough job and everything came out amazing!
Excellent customer service from start to finish. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care with our area rug. Communication was clear, turnaround time was exactly as promised, and the rug is looking fresh and beautiful. Highly recommend!
Well, I need management to call me. I was lied to, ripped off and they didn’t do what they said they would do. Had silk and wool rug cleaned supposedly. Same stains on it when they brought it back.. Half way cleaned my couch and the rest of my carpet. I want a refund. When I call I get the run around and no answers. Never again. $1500 wasted.
I’ve been using Zerorez for years and they are the best! Carpet looks like new when they are done, and the whole house smells fresh. The best part is they are pet and kid friendly and there is no sticky residue left on the carpet like with other cleaners.
Technician was professional & easy to communicate with. Arrived on time & did a fantastic job.
Great technician did a thorough job and was on time and courteous.
Alex was great and went above and beyond with my rug, carpet and upholstery.
Zerorez didn't disappoint again! The worker was prompt, professional, and thorough. Our downstairs rug, upstairs carpet, and steps had spots all over them and now they are immaculate! Our whole house smells great too. We never use anyone else for our carpet cleaning!
My zerorez technicians, Isn Graves and Tajahn were friendly, professional, took their time and made sure the job was done right! They were excellent and I hope get them every time!
Efficient, thorough and great service!
Punctual. Very thorough, professional. Will use them again! Thank you 😊
Zerorez did a fine job cleaning my carpets and I was going to give five stars, but I realized after he left that he drove through my yard as he was coming in and out of my driveway, leaving a deep rut in the newly reseeded lawn.
Had an awesome experience with Zerorez! Adam arrived a little bit early and was able to get rid of a couple of stains. My carpets, rugs and living room furniture look amazing 🤩
Great experience! I loved the team you sent me. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond the norm to give me the best possible results. This is the second time I have used your services, and I have been pleased both times. I look forward to using more of your services in the future.…
Alex was AWESOME! He was knowledgeable, thorough and kind! All carpets (7 yrs old) and area rug(3 yrs old) look like brand new and everything smells clean without that over bearing, toxic smell that you can get with other companies.⭐️

We were scheduled to have our air ducts cleaned today. When William, the technician, arrived he checked things out and told us he didn’t think the cleaning was necessary at this time. He took pictures of the ducts and showed them to my husband. We had never had this service before. We were so appreciative that…
The technician did a great job, explained the process and made sure I knew to be careful after walking on the cleaned carpets to make sure I don’t fall.

I LOVE ZeroRez from the first moment I used them to clean a carpet at my business that another carpet cleaner had tried 3 time to remove a big stain that kept coming back. ZeroRez did one time and gone! I’ve used them for years. They have always been professional and timely. I must admit, Kwame is my favorite,…
Great cleaning. Super thorough!
Rugs and carpet look amazing!!!
He took his time and did a great job!
The technician was thorough and professional and the largest stains were removed from my carpet. However the rug cleaning, though it more expensive, was not as effective at removing stains. I have an 8x6 wool area rug.
Vincent did a great job, he was friendly, very personable, professional - he knew what he was doing. I will request him next time I hire zerores. The appointment scheduler (sorry I forgot her name) was friendly and professional as well. Good company to work with.

The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job cleaning our furniture and rugs! I would highly recommend him specifically for GREAT service!!
Brian did a good job, he was on time, friendly and efficient. He provided good details to set my expectations and answered all of my questions. I was a little surprised that he did not wear covers for his shoes as went outside and back in a couple of times while working. However I did not note any dirt or debris…
As a gift to my mother, my brothers and I hired this company to clean her wall-to-wall carpets upstairs and her wool killim area rug. The first time they came out, the technician did not pretreat any stains on the carpet (just general wear and tear, nothing significant). Somehow, their pricing model makes an 8x10…
I’m a repeat customer and this last visit was long overdue. GREAT RESULTS!!! TJ was very meticulous, careful, and thorough! Still trying to figure out why I waited so long to call them!!
The technician did a great job. Very professional and highly impressed!

I'm a repeat customer of Zerorez & have recommended their services to family & friends. They are the ONLY carpet cleaning service that I use in my home. I trust their pricing & their staff. Drew cleaned carpets in 3 bedrooms this morning & my stairs. He did an AMAZING JOB 👏. Not only did he clean what was on the…
Stacy was very effective communicating about the work to be done and inspecting the carpets for any troublesome areas. He was friendly and thorough. The carpets looks great!
The technician was prompt and courteous. However, I felt like he was up selling me on a more expensive service. When I asked him to go over a spot that didn’t look clean he said he couldn’t get it any cleaner and if I wanted it done better I’d have to use the more expensive service. I used ZeroRez because I thought they were a reputable company.
Super nice techs, very knowledgeable and thorough.
Gabe, my technician did an amazing job on my carpet, area rug and upholstery. My upholstery looks brand new! I highly recommend this company!

Drew was awesome, very personable and did a great job!
Our carpet was in bad shape! The tech Landon worked a miracle! He's a 10 in my book!!! I highly recommend them! Very satisfied customer here.
I had 2 couches and an area rug cleaned and Drew did a great job! He showed up right on time and was very courteous. I didn’t have any major stand or anything so I can’t judge how well the cleaning went from that respect, but everything was fresh and only slightly damp when he left. I’ll definitely use Zerorez again.
Very polite and courteous, explained things very well. Technician was so delightful!
Zero Rez did a wonderful job. Philip left my carpet clean and smelling fresh. True to their word…no residue. He was on schedule and very efficient.
Preston was terrific! I appreciate how thorough and helpful he was. 5/23/22 before service today technician told me he would do a free bio treatment downstairs and when we went upstairs he said I’ll do this one free as well but keep it between us. I had the bio treatment previously so I was not asking for the…

Mariel was very professional - very conscientious - good communication with the customer. She did an excellent job - very careful with the hoses - cleaned up all water drippings - cannot say enough about what a good experience . Hard to find good businesses in Raleigh - this is definately a top business.
Service was A+ from start to finish! Will definitely use again.
