Wow! I love carpet in certain rooms, but you have to keep them clean. I think we do a pretty good job vacuuming and spot cleaning. I had James come out from Zerorez and I was amazed at how much fresher the house seemed and the carpets looked amazing. He did my whole house in just over an hour! I will have them come back.

Well, I need management to call me. I was lied to, ripped off and they didn’t do what they said they would do. Had silk and wool rug cleaned supposedly. Same stains on it when they brought it back.. Half way cleaned my couch and the rest of my carpet. I want a refund. When I call I get the run around and no answers. Never again. $1500 wasted.
I’ve been using Zerorez for years and they are the best! Carpet looks like new when they are done, and the whole house smells fresh. The best part is they are pet and kid friendly and there is no sticky residue left on the carpet like with other cleaners.

The technician was prompt and courteous. However, I felt like he was up selling me on a more expensive service. When I asked him to go over a spot that didn’t look clean he said he couldn’t get it any cleaner and if I wanted it done better I’d have to use the more expensive service.
