Kwame provided phenomenal customer service
Service tech did a great job cleaning my carpet. But the pet stains quickly reappeared when the carpet dried. It looks so clean when it’s damp, and all the stains look like they are gone, but they really aren’t.
It was time to restore our carpets after a very hot, dusty, dirty summer. My office area, and the stairwell, and our four kitchen chairs are now immaculately clean, protected and restored. Deeply appreciative of the thorough service provided today, the advance call and the detailed follow-up.
I am truly pleased with the results of the cleaning. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I look forward for future services from zerorez.
Gerald did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet. Friendly and professional!
William got it looking good again. Polite and professional. This was my fourth time using Zerorez and it won’t be the last! Here are before and after shots.

Siddeeq did a wonderful job on my carpet. Looks wonderful, and smells fantastic. He was polite, informative, on time and professional.
Tech did good basic carpet cleaning but immediately started with up charges like stain resistant spray at a quote of $90.00 extra dollars, there was dust stains left around the edges of carpet upcharge of $2.00 per square foot which equated to another$100.00. The prices for these up charges are not on the website. It list services but not prices
Great service transparent pricing. Technician was on time and polite.
Did a fantastic job!
For someone moving out I don’t recommend them. They gave me a window for arrival and showed up OUTSIDE of that window. While I was waiting for the cleaner to show up (and since it was getting close to the end of the window I had been given) I contacted customer service and the man told me not to worry, my cleaner…

Carson did AMAZING. I haven’t had a carpet cleaning this good before.
Looks great! On time and dependable.
Just had Zerorez come back after a very good experience last year. We only had the carpet we use the most cleaned this time instead of the whole house. Once again, they did a great job, show up on time and are very efficient. Doesn’t take a long time to clean but the drying time is 6-8 hours which is shorter than…

Great service!
I got carpet cleaning and pricing was great but I’m a bit frustrated. First, they asked if I wanted an earlier slot which I declined because I would be at work, but then they came over an hour early anyway. I had to rate my cleaner and give a tip so he could leave my house even though I didn’t know the results.…

Taz from Zerorez came out and did an amazing job at my townhouse I’m trying to get ready to rent out. You can’t even see any of the previous spots on the floor from prior tenants. I ended up paying more than I imagined but I think it was well worth the value getting the entire house done in the process instead of…
