Service tech did a great job cleaning my carpet. But the pet stains quickly reappeared when the carpet dried. It looks so clean when it’s damp, and all the stains look like they are gone, but they really aren’t.
It was time to restore our carpets after a very hot, dusty, dirty summer. My office area, and the stairwell, and our four kitchen chairs are now immaculately clean, protected and restored. Deeply appreciative of the thorough service provided today, the advance call and the detailed follow-up.
I am truly pleased with the results of the cleaning. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I look forward for future services from zerorez.

Tech did good basic carpet cleaning but immediately started with up charges like stain resistant spray at a quote of $90.00 extra dollars, there was dust stains left around the edges of carpet upcharge of $2.00 per square foot which equated to another$100.00. The prices for these up charges are not on the website. It list services but not prices

For someone moving out I don’t recommend them. They gave me a window for arrival and showed up OUTSIDE of that window. While I was waiting for the cleaner to show up (and since it was getting close to the end of the window I had been given) I contacted customer service and the man told me not to worry, my cleaner…

Once again, they did a great job, show up on time and are very efficient. Doesn’t take a long time to clean but the drying time is 6-8 hours which is shorter than…

I had carpets cleaned in 5 rooms in my house plus an area rug and a special application of a carpet preserver in my basement rooms. The tech was efficient, answered all questions and completed the work in a couple of hours—quicker than expected. Carpets look refreshed. Pleased with the work.
