Kwame provided phenomenal customer service
Service tech did a great job cleaning my carpet. But the pet stains quickly reappeared when the carpet dried. It looks so clean when it’s damp, and all the stains look like they are gone, but they really aren’t.
It was time to restore our carpets after a very hot, dusty, dirty summer. My office area, and the stairwell, and our four kitchen chairs are now immaculately clean, protected and restored. Deeply appreciative of the thorough service provided today, the advance call and the detailed follow-up.
I am truly pleased with the results of the cleaning. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I look forward for future services from zerorez.
Gerald did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet. Friendly and professional!
William got it looking good again. Polite and professional. This was my fourth time using Zerorez and it won’t be the last! Here are before and after shots.
I had my carpets cleaned today. They look amazing, almost brand new! Gerald was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend him and Zerorez for any of your carpet needs.
Job well done very timely carpet looks and smells great.
Great professional carpet cleaner. He did a great job. Thank you!!!
Siddeeq did a wonderful job on my carpet. Looks wonderful, and smells fantastic. He was polite, informative, on time and professional.
Tech did good basic carpet cleaning but immediately started with up charges like stain resistant spray at a quote of $90.00 extra dollars, there was dust stains left around the edges of carpet upcharge of $2.00 per square foot which equated to another$100.00. The prices for these up charges are not on the website. It list services but not prices
Great service transparent pricing. Technician was on time and polite.
Did a fantastic job!
For someone moving out I don’t recommend them. They gave me a window for arrival and showed up OUTSIDE of that window. While I was waiting for the cleaner to show up (and since it was getting close to the end of the window I had been given) I contacted customer service and the man told me not to worry, my cleaner…
Did an awesome job!
Excellent service
I had James as my servicer. He was on time, very knowledgeable, was careful and mindful of my home. I would use him again!
Cario was awesome, friendly, and very concerned about doing a great job. Asked us several times if we were happy.
Carson did AMAZING. I haven’t had a carpet cleaning this good before.
Looks great! On time and dependable.
Just had Zerorez come back after a very good experience last year. We only had the carpet we use the most cleaned this time instead of the whole house. Once again, they did a great job, show up on time and are very efficient. Doesn’t take a long time to clean but the drying time is 6-8 hours which is shorter than…

Wonderful folks! They did a great job and were able to get spots out that have been there for quite some time. James was great and very knowledgeable and helpful.
Technician arrived on time, was very pleasant and did a great job. Very good experience.
Great work great price love the carpet cleaning service
Joe was early which was appreciated and he was very good. He was very careful and reviewed the cleaning instructions on the furniture and determined he couldn’t do it as it would have ruined my furniture. He was honest, did a great job on the rug and the carpet cleaning in my bedroom. Excellent job
On consistency, great attitude timely manor
Carson did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. They look like new!
Awesome service. Gerald was awesome! He was polite and very knowledgeable of his product. I have 3 more rooms to finish. I will request for him.
I had carpets cleaned in 5 rooms in my house plus an area rug and a special application of a carpet preserver in my basement rooms. The tech was efficient, answered all questions and completed the work in a couple of hours—quicker than expected. Carpets look refreshed. Pleased with the work.
Great job and he paid very close to small details
Today we had an awesome experience with Gerald… He cleaned our carpet, a couch, a chair, and also some area rugs!!! “G” was very knowledgeable, he worked very hard, and he was kind and respectable!! Everything looks amazing… I will definitely request him for our next service. Thank you‼️
Outstanding service. Very professional, worked efficiently and great results.
So very helpful and a great job!!!
Joe came out and cleaned a rug and tile in the bathroom. He did a fantastic job and had a great attitude the entire time. He went above and beyond to help and kept us informed every step of the way. If he is representative of this company... you've got a repeat customer. Thank you!
Adam was very professional Super nice and knowledgeable I would recommend him to anyone
Carpets are clean!
My carpet was horrible! But the zerorez technician made it look almost like new!!
My cleaner (sorry I forgot his name) was personable and knowledge and did a fantastic job. Even got me a better rate than my estimate!
AWESOME WORK
I highly recommend Onesimus to clean your carpets. He’s very knowledgeable, took the time to go over all my problem areas. He was on time, came in did what was asked of him and out in a reasonable amount of time! I felt safe with him in my home ! Best part, my carpet looks brand new!
Ali did a great job. I appreciate that he did his due diligence and didn't seem to try and rush the job, but do it correctly. Also Ali is personable and easy to talk to. Good job guys.
Great job cleaning😊
Great service!
I got carpet cleaning and pricing was great but I’m a bit frustrated. First, they asked if I wanted an earlier slot which I declined because I would be at work, but then they came over an hour early anyway. I had to rate my cleaner and give a tip so he could leave my house even though I didn’t know the results.…
James was great! He did a great job and very friendly and honest! I would recommend Zerorez!
Cario did an amazing job. He was professional and timely with services rendered. My home smells so fresh and clean. Thanks
The Service Technician Dante was very friendly and walk thru each room providing his review. He shared with me that he would dispatch his office of the details to ensure I got the appropriate billing. The Technician did a great job in cleaning the carpet and cleaned after the job.
Just had ZeroRez to come out to a new property to clean all the carpets in the bedrooms, bonus room and stairways. Our guy, I think his name was Phil, was fantastic. Professional and took great care to get a fantastic result...highly recommend.
Very satisfied! The technician was great in explaining what he would be doing. Carpets look great!
We’ve never had it cleaned before. The difference is stunning. Zander was focused and did a splendid job.
The service Guy was polite and respectful! He came early and we were happy 😊
I’m very happy with the service and results. Arrived earlier than expected - which was great. Joe, the technician, was very friendly and professional. Explained the process in advance. The bedroom carpet looks almost new amd Joe did a great job in removing a recent water stain. Would definitely recommend the company.
Taz from Zerorez came out and did an amazing job at my townhouse I’m trying to get ready to rent out. You can’t even see any of the previous spots on the floor from prior tenants. I ended up paying more than I imagined but I think it was well worth the value getting the entire house done in the process instead of…
Great service with quick scheduling
Scheduling was super easy. Gerald showed up on time knocked it out upstairs, the stairs and the whole first floor like it was nothing. House smells great and money well spent.
