I am so pleased with William and Phil. They were professional and congenial. They cleaned the grout in 2 bathrooms and laundry room. Those floors are 18 years old and now look like new! Before and after photos included. They also steam cleaned and deodorized my master bedroom. Turned out great. I highly recommend Zerorez !
Tyler was very professional and did a great job cleaning our carpets before our move:
I have 2 cats. One had sprayed a little on my couch and the other urinated on my couch and recliner before I realized she had a urinary tract infection. Furthermore, I had 2 shoulder replacements in the past 2 years, causing me to spend much time on my couch and spilling food on the floor. Everything needed a…

I recently had ZeroRes clean my carpets, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Carpets and tile look great. There’s only a faint fresh scent in the air which is nice! No heavy chemical odor. The tech, Sidiq, was on time, called ahead and super friendly and professional. Zerorez did a fine job cleaning my carpets and I was going to give five stars, but I realized after he left that he drove through my yard as he was coming in and out of my driveway, leaving a deep rut in the newly reseeded lawn.

The technician was thorough and professional and the largest stains were removed from my carpet. However the rug cleaning, though it more expensive, was not as effective at removing stains. I have an 8x6 wool area rug.
Vincent was prompt and very informative. He made my 10 year old carpet look brand new!
Awesome! Amazing job. And super fast.
My first time having my carpets professionally cleaned and I’m extremely happy with the results!! We had two senior dogs that have since departed. The last few years with each was as to be expected. Even with our own carpet cleaner, the stains kept returning. Now they are fully gone! Very satisfied and highly recommended!
I got caught in a bait and switch. Ordered one service and was charged with something else. When I pointed this out I got the run around and no resolution. Unfortunately, their office personnel is unprofessional and doesn’t seem to care about the reputation of the business they work for.

The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job cleaning our furniture and rugs! I would highly recommend him specifically for GREAT service!!
Do NOT waste your money! The carpet is now dingy. I paid for the carpet protectant but it did nothing to protect the carpet after just a couple of weeks. I was told "it's not a repellent" so there is nothing they can or will do. I spent over 400.00. I am very disappointed!
Landon did a great job!
Awesome job done. Brian was professional and got the job done quickly. He managed to get stains out that I scrubbed on multiple times!

5 stars and our service technician was fabulous!
After 2 days of waiting to see if the stain and smell would leave my 6 day old stain, no luck. I think after spending $180.00 on a lounge chair to get cleaned there would be some kind of improvement.not satisfied with the work. Drew was absolutely amazing! He paid great attention to detail and exuded outstanding customer service.
Ali himself was very professional, BUT the company "charges" is another thing. I DON'T have any clue as to WHY they charge $80 for spraying the biospray for very small spots of puppy urine in a very small location in the bedroom..., which means all the bedroom furniture was STILL in my there, so ONLY the U shape of…
Technician arrived early. He was thorough and efficient. My place smells great!
Miguel A. came out today to clean the carpets in a home we just purchased. I was prepared to have to replace all the carpet, but was told to give Zerorez a try to get them cleaned. Miguel showed up on time for our appointment and quickly walked me through what needed to be done. He assured me he could get the carpet…

Zak did an awesome job!!!!
I was kept informed quickly from first contact to visit about what information was needed and how I should prepare for the visit. The process was fast, smooth and efficient at every point.
Brian was great, he wanted to arrive early but called to check if that was okay. He showed up and put protecting barriers on the stairs, wore shoe covers, explained the process thoroughly and did a great job. It was our first time using zeroed but won't be the last. Thanks Brian 😁
I've used ZeroRez several times. Their carpet cleaning is better than other companies I've tried and it always gives carpets a nice refresh! However this is the first time they werent able to get a pet urine stain out (that was less than week old) so I'm not sure if the extra fee they charge is worth it anymore.
Very polite and courteous, explained things very well. Technician was so delightful!
Very quick and professional. He was in and out within an hour and very informative about future carpet care.
I had very high expectations for Zero Rez as I have heard great things about this company and the quality of cleaning. I did a quote/estimate online and thought it was reasonable $350 for 5 rooms, hallway and stairs. What I expected upon arrival was for us to show technician areas to be cleaned and service would…
This company saved our carpets from being ripped out!
While trying to figure out our elder pups health issues, she had left a few stains along the way. Thinking it was bladder related but after months of incontinence we learned it was hormonal. Carpet was pretty rough and zerorez took care of all the months showing on the floor!

I’m a landlord and the technician sold me services I don’t think we’re needed. However, I was in another state and he was selling them to me in front of my new tenants. But this practice is not confined to the cleaning industry. I should have learned by now never to let a service provider/repair person talk to…
Montrell was amazing! Very professional, took time to explain each step of the process & answered all my questions. He was able to remove any stains as well as use the bio treatment & extraction processes to remove the pet issues I had. The carpet looks brand new!!

Called one day, had an appoint the next morning. Service guy Abdul was great, listened to my concerns- did a fantastic job of cleaning the sofa!! Will definitely ask for him next time!!
Professional and friendly technician. He managed to remove stains and odors that had been in my carpets for ages. Time will tell if the deodorizing works long-term, but I have high hopes. Will definitely use them again.

Zerorez is easy to schedule, frequently runs specials and does a quality job. The technician actually arrived early and finished the job quickly. Pleased with the results. Made our really old worn carpet look new despite pet stains and disclorations from spills and normal wear and tear. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, communication and quality work! Very professional- took the time to explain options and provided guidance. The awful pet stains were completely cleaned, so impressed!
I’ve used Zerorez a few times at both my old place and new place for carpet cleaning. I love the steam cleaning the flooring smells orangey (no strong chemical odor) and looks much cleaner when finished. I wouldn’t hesitate on recommending the carpet cleaning. I’ve only used the air duct cleaning service at my new…
Julia was very professional efficient and fast! We engaged in a good conversation! We definitely would recommend her!
The only issue I had was I was quoted a price and when they got there it was higher due to pet stain removal costs more heavy stains cost more etc . Looks great most stains did come out
Very easy to schedule and quick communication. I was also able to add a service at the last minute. Jennifer was great! Communicative, punctual and did a wonderful job cleaning a used sofa and 10 year old bathroom tile. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
Freddie was AMAZING! I had already had great service through the call to get things scheduled. I was able to send pictures and talk about my needs in real time.
