I am so pleased with William and Phil. They were professional and congenial. They cleaned the grout in 2 bathrooms and laundry room. Those floors are 18 years old and now look like new! Before and after photos included. They also steam cleaned and deodorized my master bedroom. Turned out great. I highly recommend Zerorez !
Tyler was very professional and did a great job cleaning our carpets before our move:
I have 2 cats. One had sprayed a little on my couch and the other urinated on my couch and recliner before I realized she had a urinary tract infection. Furthermore, I had 2 shoulder replacements in the past 2 years, causing me to spend much time on my couch and spilling food on the floor. Everything needed a…
The carpet is shining and worth the price considering my add-on. Basic price is fair.
Transparent pricing, quick and easy to schedule cleaning experience was phenomenal. Courteous, thoughtful and thorough. Our carpets and til look brand new.
My first experience with zerorez was excellent! I began by scheduling on-line with appointments available within 3-5 days. Great job! looks and smells better
I recently had ZeroRes clean my carpets, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. As an owner of multiple pets, I had several areas where accidents had left stains and odors that I was concerned might never come out. Kwame from ZeroRes was extremely thorough and took the time to clean those areas…
Very reasonable pricing. Cost a little bit more due to a bunch of pet stains but they easily removed and sanitized. Team on time and very courteous. Thanks
The technician who serviced my carpets was amazing. He was professional and gave great customer service. I highly recommend O as a technician! Scheduling was confusing. At first I was told they could bring additional hose to reach my condo, then the day before someone called to say they had to park within 100ft.…
They were quick, did a great job, and the gentleman was professional and nice.
Gerald, a nice and polite young man explained what he would be doing. I took some extra time on spots and did an excellent job. I would definitely ask for him back.
Did this as a mother's day gift for my mom and she was very impressed with James's work. She made sure to tell me to give him a 5 star review. Will definitely be using Zerorez again in the future.
Carpets and tile look great. There’s only a faint fresh scent in the air which is nice! No heavy chemical odor. The tech, Sidiq, was on time, called ahead and super friendly and professional. I changed up what I wanted when he got here (added cleaning the shower tile) and he handled it professionally, giving me a…
The guys were great. 2 stairwells, upholstery, 4 rooms in a house with 2 large dogs.
This is an excellent review for Terrell and Shane, who arrived on time, called me as they were on their way, came in, assessed, talked with me and adjusted pricing to reflect what I could do today, and got to work! Service was good. Tech was ok. Hidden fees and the way to process payment was a bit sketch. Overall, not horrible but improvements can definitely be made.
O was very professional and prompt. He listened to my concerns and tailored his cleaning according to my needs. He even left the upstairs windows open and fans running so the carpets could dry. Thanks O!
My experience with Zerorez deserves a 5 star rating.
