On time, communicative, good result!
It was time to restore our carpets after a very hot, dusty, dirty summer. My office area, and the stairwell, and our four kitchen chairs are now immaculately clean, protected and restored. Deeply appreciative of the thorough service provided today, the advance call and the detailed follow-up.
Carson was amazing, he was on time, listened to understand what was needed and did a beautiful job cleaning our furniture, even getting some stains out that we didn’t think we could! Absolutely worth every dime.
Although the stains were not removable my experience with zero rez and my tech Ali were fantastic. When I called in to ask questions the customer service and response were great...seamless communication with no issues.
Carson was very professional and was on time did a outstanding job!
James TOP NOTCH service tech. Friendly and knowledgeable about the service. Will definitely recommend this to everyone
Darryl did a great job- over and beyond what was expected. Couldn’t be easier to schedule. Great experience and will be using this service again.
Tech was great. But sofa still stained
Carson, my tech cleaner, was very professional, explained the cleaning process and pricing, to me. He was very courteous, worked very hard and left my carpets floors, and chairs very clean! I was very happy with my service!!!
Excellent service. Very helpful, very responsive, did a great job.
William and Michael did an amazing job on my sectional couch and 2 area rugs. They made sure to address all my needs for getting couch and rugs very clean. They were detail oriented and very professional. I would highly recommend either of these guys to do the job again when needed.
James did a thorough job on an upholstered chair and ottoman. He was very prompt, courteous and friendly. I would definitely use Zerorez again.
Gerald came out and did an excellent job. He called me ahead which I appreciated so much. All the things he cleaned looked so bright and clean! The only downside is that it is a bit more pricey than just the regular steam cleaning.
I’am so grateful to have found your amazing company. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and Andrew provided top-class, polite, and professional customer service. After you removed the coffee stains, my two dining chairs look brand new. I will definitely use your services again.
Today we had an awesome experience with Gerald… He cleaned our carpet, a couch, a chair, and also some area rugs!!! “G” was very knowledgeable, he worked very hard, and he was kind and respectable!! Everything looks amazing… I will definitely request him for our next service. Thank you‼️
Ali did a great job. I appreciate that he did his due diligence and didn't seem to try and rush the job, but do it correctly. Also Ali is personable and easy to talk to. Good job guys.
Xander did a great job! Explained what he was going to do before he did it. Turned out as good as to be expected for an 8 year old light colored couch that has battled 6 kids and 4 dogs over the years. He offered some additional treatment but given the age, we'll be replacing them soon. He was thorough and I'd recommend him to others!
Great timing and Joe did a thorough job
Zander was very professional and did a great job
