On time, communicative, good result!
It was time to restore our carpets after a very hot, dusty, dirty summer. My office area, and the stairwell, and our four kitchen chairs are now immaculately clean, protected and restored. Deeply appreciative of the thorough service provided today, the advance call and the detailed follow-up.
Carson was amazing, he was on time, listened to understand what was needed and did a beautiful job cleaning our furniture, even getting some stains out that we didn’t think we could! Absolutely worth every dime.
Although the stains were not removable my experience with zero rez and my tech Ali were fantastic. When I called in to ask questions the customer service and response were great...seamless communication with no issues.

Carson, my tech cleaner, was very professional, explained the cleaning process and pricing, to me. He was very courteous, worked very hard and left my carpets floors, and chairs very clean! I was very happy with my service!!!

William and Michael did an amazing job on my sectional couch and 2 area rugs. They made sure to address all my needs for getting couch and rugs very clean. They were detail oriented and very professional. I would highly recommend either of these guys to do the job again when needed.
James did a thorough job on an upholstered chair and ottoman. He was very prompt, courteous and friendly. I would definitely use Zerorez again.
Gerald came out and did an excellent job. He called me ahead which I appreciated so much. All the things he cleaned looked so bright and clean! The only downside is that it is a bit more pricey than just the regular steam cleaning.

Xander did a great job! Explained what he was going to do before he did it. Turned out as good as to be expected for an 8 year old light colored couch that has battled 6 kids and 4 dogs over the years. He offered some additional treatment but given the age, we'll be replacing them soon. He was thorough and I'd recommend him to others!

Alex was early and did a fantastic job cleaning and sanitizing our living room furniture! They look nearly brand new and the cleaning products don’t leave behind that chemical smell other companies do. Can’t recommend Zerorez enough!
Well, I need management to call me. I was lied to, ripped off and they didn’t do what they said they would do. Had silk and wool rug cleaned supposedly. Same stains on it when they brought it back.. Half way cleaned my couch and the rest of my carpet. I want a refund. When I call I get the run around and no answers. Never again. $1500 wasted.
