The Zerorez tech, Anthony, showed up on time and was super polite and personable. He told me how long it would take and got right down to business. My carpets look brand new and I had them treated with something like scotch guard, so I expect them to look that way a lot longer.😊
Very Pleased with the results and recommendations
Yesterday, when the service tech left the carpets look brand new and I was very pleased… But this morning when I got up and the carpet had dried, a couple of spots have reappeared… I don’t know what the warranty covers, but I need him to come back out and work on these spots
The service was excellent. The tech tried hard to get out a lot of dirt. And was able to do it !

Dane was very personable and knew his job. He did a great job, and wiped up the little bit of spatter completely. The person on the phone didn’t tell us it might take 24 hours…
