Jordan did a wonderful job on our carpets. He’s friendly, efficient and hard working. He has done our carpets before and I was happy to see that he was our technician again. Great super friendly service!
Technician was friendly and professional. Ensured we were happy with the results before departing.
The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the process and fees very thoroughly
The tech was nice enough, but did not have great attention to detail. I had to remind him to clean near the edges of the carpet as all of them were untouched. He advised that their nozzle equipment could not get to the outer edge of the carpet. I lent him an attachment from my vacuum, and even then, very quickly…

Very friendly and efficient service from Anthony and he even used a coupon I had from when your company came several years ago.
Overall, a good service but the person arrived an hour after the provided time window (arrived at 7pm) and only did 3 of the 4 rooms we paid for. We had to catch them as they were packing up outside to correct the issue. Super nice though.

Used Zerorez previously to try to clean stains in the carpet left from an elderly parent...they removed the odor, but because my father waited too long and I did not know about it, they could not eliminate the actual stain.
