The Zerorez tech, Anthony, showed up on time and was super polite and personable. He told me how long it would take and got right down to business. My carpets look brand new and I had them treated with something like scotch guard, so I expect them to look that way a lot longer.😊

Overall, a good service but the person arrived an hour after the provided time window (arrived at 7pm) and only did 3 of the 4 rooms we paid for. We had to catch them as they were packing up outside to correct the issue. Super nice though.
