It was a pleasure meeting Terrence and his trainee Anthony. Both are very professional, courteous, and efficient. Terrence explained the process beforehand which I appreciate very much. My carpets are quite aged but they look terrific now!! I am thrilled with the results and appreciate the way Terrance and Anthony…
Terrence did a beautiful job cleaning our carpet. He was very thorough, personable and professional.
Kevin did a great job, worked fast and had a great attitude. I’ve used this company many times for my home and first time now for my business. I will continue to use them. Thank you!
I was very satisfied with the communication, the work they did, and the price asked for the job. Richard was friendly and professional. Very satisfied with the work completed.

Terence is excellent.
Quick service, great job and professional tech.
We had three bedrooms, hallway and stairs of carpet cleaned plus a large sectional with an oversized ottoman cleaned. All were heavily soiled and came out looking great. The technician was on time and really took the time to do the job right. Very satisfied
The technician was courteous and tried really hard. Unfortunately, their all natural cleaning solutions were not effective on my deeply stained carpet.
This was first time I used this company ,but was satisfied with the work the technician did !the price seemed a bit high but not sure what is normal for my area that was cleaned ,but am happy with the work!
Great job from appointment setting to cleaning execution
Anthony was my carpet cleaning technician: professional and personable . I will be using this company again .
Great service. They've helped clean bloody vomit stains out of thick carpet and decades old stained out of carpet for me. Always nice and professional.
I got a very good carpet cleaning service from Dane
Zerorez was great! This is our fourth cleaning with Zerorez and once again it was great. The carpet smells clean and is soft and fluffy. Terrance was awesome and we feel confident that our carpet will feel new again! Thank you Zerorez, see you in another 6 months 😊
The cleaners were knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. It’s not the cheapest service, but they do a great job. This is my second time using this company and I’d use them again. I had some pet treatment done as well in addition to the general carpet cleaning and area rug cleaning.
Representative was very professional speedy work and did an excellent job! Thank you!
After specifically telling them the room space of my house and giving me a decent quote, they came the day before I had to move out (no time to search elsewhere) and priced me at 92% more than the quoted price. I’m furious. Search elsewhere.
I appreciated the call to remind me it's been a year since my last cleaning. Cody was on time and did a great job. Thank you
I am extremely pleased with the results of Cody's work on my carpet. It had been some time since I had had it cleaned and was prepared to be disappointed. Quite the opposite! The carpet in my hallway, bedroom, and two offices look like new. I am happy to add my positive review to the nearly 3000 others!
For the price, I don’t believe I got a good cleaning. It was just one area of living room and hallway to area but underneath the carpet in the living room did not get clean. It was a little rushed. I paid anyway cause I wouldn’t want anyone to do that to me and they came out to do a service but services can be done…
Tyler is always SO good and very professional. We had him before and specifically requested him again. Once more Tyler did not disappoint! We just sold our 3,600 sq ft home and wanted to make sure it was perfect for the new homeowners before they move in on Friday. Not only are we confident they will love the…
I can always count on Zerorez to get my carpet and area rug very clean without leaving them soaked. They are professional and courteous as well!
I was honestly a little skeptical when I first called yesterday, but Kayla 👍🏿completely changed that. Her patience, honesty, and genuine helpfulness made me feel I was in good hands from the start. Today, Taylor 👏🏿came out and delivered an amazing experience. Compared to my previous carpet cleaning company,…
Cody was great. Very thorough and took out some tough stains. Personable and respectful. He loves dogs too. Good photo sharing. Thanks Zerorez.
Dane was very personable and knew his job. He did a great job, and wiped up the little bit of spatter completely. He explained why we still would have darker areas, told us about plans we could sign up for, and how we would get our receipt. Why not a 5? The person on the phone didn’t tell us it might take 24 hours…
Very happy with Jordan’s work and professionalism. He explained what I could expect and gave me options and then did what he said he would do. I’m happy with my decision to use Zerorez.
Ask for Anthony. He is very courteous and answers all your questions. Does a great job. Very pleased with his work.

Cody at Zerorex was wonderful. Explained what he was doing and very friendly and professional. You can tell he loved his job and made sure we were happy. Great Customer Service and Carpet Cleaning!
quick. easy and it looks fantastic Great service
I wasn’t happy with the results of some of my tile. He did tell me there weren’t guarantees with the products they use for spa scum coming out. So I decided not to do the shower which would have been $250. But the little bit of scum on my toilet room floor and on the tile step from the shower didn’t get clean.…
Excellent communication and follow up.
Always great service !!
Terrence was awesome! He was both kind and professional. I'm glad that we chose Zerorez!

I recently paid over $250 for a carpet cleaning service after moving into a townhouse where the fairly new carpet had a noticeable dirty sock smell, and in some areas, a dog urine odor. The technician, Anthony, mentioned he had 4 years of experience and assured me they could completely remove the smell, saying it…

We have used Zerorez 5 times since we bought our home in 2020. I had a big Pepsi/coffee stain I was worried would not come out. Gone. This was in a rental bedroom and I really didn't want to replace the carpet. The carpet is good for another tenent. Smells good too.
Technician did a great job…carpet looks great! He was on time, very personable and explained everything. I get the company having a minimum charge, but the price for the one bedroom I had cleaned was high.
Prompt and professional. The carpets looked great. Will definitely use again.
Our dog got sprayed by a skunk and ran into our house before we could grab her, transferring the smell to our carpets and tile floor. We tried everything to get it out and over a week later the smell was still very prominent. Within a day of calling we were able to schedule a service to come take care of it.…
Technician was prompt, friendly, honest, and informative. He was able to remove even long standing stains. Was not able to remove a Tumeric stain from the carpet, but he said that it was unlikely to be removed (and that was our experience too). He did try multiple stain removers and was able to lighten the spot. Would recommend!!
Terrance was great and personable, he made sure to explain the process and had me come up to explain what was cleaned and what was damaged through wear and tear. Demonstrated some of the other products as well. I ended up getting the protection for my carpeted stairs and landing.
They were on time, respectful. Carpets look great!

Anthony was amazing. My ancient carpet had tons of stains and smelled (I have dogs), and he saw my dogs and added deodorizer, which was desperately needed! What a great experience! I actually got same day service with amazing, professional technicians! We had a guest dog who had lots of accidents on the bedroom carpet, so happy to have it sanitized and clean again. I would highly recommend Zerorez to everyone.
Terrence was our technician. He did a fantastic job on our carpet cleaning. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took very good care of our carpets. There was a small issue with the invoice. They charged for a master walk in closet cleaning that was not performed. Please check your invoices.
Paid $450 for a sectional & a room with a hallway with stairs. Carpet looked good but the sectional and ottoman didn’t really look like what I paid for. Then charged a percentage for using a card total $473 a little pricey for it to not bring out general stains
Mario and Nick did an excellent job on our very old, worn burber carpet. They phoned ahead of time and were precise on stated arrival. Both were exceptionally courteous and professional!
For the 2nd Straight Time, Zerorez has exceeded my expectations with their timeliness and thoroughness in cleaning my 30-year carpets making them look almost like New. I am so happy I called Zerorez and had them clean and restore my carpet. Everything looks and smells great! The technician was professional and friendly.
The technician and the carpet cleaning were very good. I am always upset when a business charges me for using a credit card. This was not a hamburger or a drink at a restaurant. This was a fairly expensive service and to have to pay an additional 3% to use a credit card, a charge that should be born by the vendor, is disappointing.
Great job today with Kevin as our technician! He cleaned thoroughly in all of our rooms, and explained every step of the process. They are the best!!
Technician was knowledgeable, professional and explained follow up carpet care.
First time carpet cleaner user here. I am amazed at how wonderful it turned out. You have to ask for Kevin, he is the best!!!!!! He was very personable, reassuring, and quick on his feet.
Great customer service
The tech was very knowledgeable about not just the service but how to take maintain my carpet between cleanings.
